Hi guys, Im looking at making my first trip to Ukraine (was in Moscow a few years earlier), and Im looking at using a newspaper ad campaign, but after reading much about planning, and guides etc I wanted to make sure I have a backup plan.

Does anyone know any good reputable agencies in Kharkov. Im 33, Aussie/Chilean, also speak some french, doing a Phd so I would like to meet a good woman obviously.

I also am getting myself out there with the locals, by enrolling in russian, and french classes, and as I teach martial arts in down under Im going to join a local sambo club to train. By getting involved in these groups/classes I hoped that any new friends may be able to introduce me to single women...networking really.

So yeah, if you know any good agencies please let me know.

I found a girl by Elena Models who is a total scam.
As she was too in Cher Ami, i told them what happens and they delete her in one hour.

Yes whatever you do ensure that you don't use Cupidon(Cupid) agency & its manager Sergei,they are robbers.
Charge you $80 just to meet the girl when you get there & she doesn't stay for long either..... then he'll offer you a variety of girls(all at a price just to meet them!!).
But Kharkiv is a big city with much to offer & a place I would go to again now that my Russian is a little better,enjoy your time there!

I live in Kharkov and there are loads of genuine ladies of all ages looking for a real guy and a real relationship. They are prepared to move abroard with their ideal man. Or settle down and stay here as I have done. Not all of them are just looking for away out of FSU !
I find that Ukraine is a great country to live and work and i don't regret it at all.

Someone once said to me , ''why move to a 3rd World country like Ukraine'' , well its no way near to being a 3rd World Country, there are more flash Merc's, Porsche's and Designer stores etc here than in most Western cities I've visited.
Here are just some reasons why I like Ukraine;

There's no pressure for car seat belts, no-one wears motorcyle helmets, let alone horse riders,
You can smoke in Pubs, clubs , restaurants etc.
There are no bloody static speed cameras. If you get stopped by the Police for anything, you just pay them some cash and go on your way ! Great place !!
It's also outside of the Euro Zone stupidity,
And the best bit - Income tax - standard rate of tax - 250rpH per month if you earn up to 500,000rpH - that's approx £22 per month , yes £22 !! - if you earn under £44k per year  - thats right , earn £44,000 per year and pay £22 per month tax !!!!!! ($32 Tax per month when earning $64,000 per year)
 
and the women here are the best looking you have ever seen !!

It's great to be free again - ex soviet union countries can be alot better then ''the free west''

Smoky bars.  Limited police force.  Poor, weak government.   Sounds like a place where your
average-Joe-criminal can rise from rags to riches in no time at all.
