Guys:  I have delt with www.fastflowerstoukraine.com in Kiev in the past to send flowers to my lady.
       On 23 Nov. I placed an order to send flowers on the 26th.  Icalled my lady on 1 Dec and she had not received them !  Over the past 7 days, I have sent 4 emails, called their U.S. number. NO RESPONSE. I also called their direct number (24/7 service) three times.  Each time "call back they were unavailable".
       They have poor service and may even be out of business. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM !

I have used flowers.ua
Have used them 6 times (while wife was in ukraine and now for her mother) FLowers are always delivered within 24 hours and they are the only company I found not charging a fourtune for simple flowers. Prices are good and they are reliable. They will even do picture of delivery for extra $2.
There may be other good services to use. But I always use them when needed because of the prices as well.
