Vkontakte and Odnoklassniki Suspended in Ukraine

Just discovered that the social networking sites Vkontakte.ru and Odnoklassniki.ru will be suspended from 1st February 2010 in Ukraine.

This could be for just a couple of weeks, until round 2 of the Elections. But could this be the start of something else?

If Timoshenko will do this, probably she will lost all votes...and Yanukovich is going to became next president.

But, really do not think she will do this and not sure if  it's truth, maybe it's provacation.

I was thinking it was some kind of political powerplay, guess we will find out on 1st February.

It does seem a strange thing to do when your battling for the Presidency. Not what you would call a vote winning move.

Good move. Did she have any opinion on the matter of Google in China ?  :evil:
