WITH EVERYTHING ELSE COMPARABLE--LOOKS, INTELLECT, EDUCATION LEVEL, ETC what ladies would  you  be more attracted to ( in your search),  and be among ( after you got married and are at a party of friends)--  those ones dressed in style  (with complementing outfits, eg tight fitting pants, high heels, etc) or, dressed plainly( eg sports pants and a hoodie)?



Please, opine and try to explain "why".

As long as all of the "main things I look for" that I saw in her were attractive to me... I would trust her tastes, and hope she would dress to feel comfortable.  And for me the main things would be intellect, humor, quick wit, good heart, etc.   

Of course looks are always nice too.

I'd prefer a woman with good sense for the occasion/environment: say elegant for a night at the opera or a formal party, refined for an evening out with friends, tastefully casual in everyday life, sportsy for outdoor activities .

I find that a woman who takes care of herself and shows pride in her appearance and abilities is far more attractive then the typical Wally World trailer women you see in the states. I am a blue jeans type of guy, but when a man finds a women as described above he wants to look better for her and will find himself doing and wearing things he never thought he would.  

 Boots and jreans have there place as do skirts, slacks and blouses - it depends on the situation.  The fashion I've seen in the last year or two are the sweats with "porn star" "Booty Queen" written on the butt-that sends a positive message- (insert sarcasm here)

Perhaps it is just me, but I don't quite see tight fitting pants as equating "dressed in style" and it is a bit reductive to limit it to two options  :noidea: :noidea: A woman can be stylish without high heels, yet not be wearing sweat pants and a hoodie

This very subject is one of the many reasons myself and other American men have given up on AW.  It is just indicative of the fact that AW have forgotten how to be feminine.

They haven't forgotten how to be feminine.  But if a woman dresses provocatively in many parts of North America, unless she is accompanied by a man, she will be subjected to gawking, or crude catcalls, or worse.  If she is sexually assaulted, many will state she was dressed like a whore, so what did she expect?

You want the lady from the picture number one to do her shopping wearing (very) short black dress? You will ask your girlfriend to wear evening dress to shop?

Or do you want to point out one looks slimmer then the other?

What is the point of your example? A photoshopped model in a professional settings vs some random picture of some random female in a shop?

I think the OP question was everything else comparable but the clothes, do you think these two are comparable?

Rather simple question actually.
I like when my wife dresses according to the occasion. This will be different if we are going to a club to dance vs going to the theater vs going for a picnic or hike vs taking it easy at home. The most important is that she is comfortable and feels herself attractive and appropriate. If she feels good about herself it will reflect in her attitude, which will in turn will make her more attractive.

Close to being a loaded question....but be that as it may, I find women at their sexiest when they are confident and at ease with themselves. Confidence brings out the sensuality and attractiveness in everyone. Confidence lead to understanding and recognizing appropriate times to dress appropriately. Those who do not, will more than likely put on clothes in inappropriate times which only denote a dire lack of self esteem.

High heels, tight pants, short skirt and 10 pounds of colored dead diatoms painted on their faces hardly makes a woman attractive. Unless flesh is all she feels she can offer. That's why hookers dress like that everyday, regardless where they are.

I like the casualness of an American woman and their penchant in recognizing there's always an appropriate time to dress to the nines.

My opinion is that a sexy body looks even better in loose fitting apparel made from fine material. 

Some of my favorite memories include AW wearing a sundress while riding in my sports convertible.  The wind blowing their hair, lifting their dresses, and caressing their arms.  Compelled me to pull over and play with their "pineapples" (see dress pattern below).

Yes, and quite a few are prone to do this. My wife and I were traveling to visit family in another city and decided to go shopping. Walking around the mall, I saw a group of women 30 feet away and told my wife that they must be Russian. They had tight fitting jeans, leather jackets that were also too tight, way too much make-up, high heels and IMHO somewhat garishly dyed hair  What do you think? When we approached them, they were speaking Russian. My wife, of course, was wearing hardly any make-up, no heels and nice, but casual, clothing. Though of course I am biased, in my opinion my wife was more stylish and feminine that day than these women as she was dressed nicely with a style that was appropriate to going shopping at a busy mall on a Saturday morning.

Definitely my all time favorite. Sleeveless/spaghetti strap, knee-high or an inch above. 'A' framed or tight-hemmed against the summer-toned, bronzed-tanned skin, with casual thin leather sandals. Very light make-up, or just an eye liner and lip gloss with a light smelling scent.

 Here's the cultural difference I always notice. In every Russian home, business, raggedy bar, toilet, etc. there's always a mirror. The last thing a RW does before she leaves home, business, raggedy bar, toilet, etc. is to check her appearance in the mirror!! She might not have (real or fake) designer clothes or super luxe cosmetics, but she will check her appearance and correct any "flaws" she might perceive. American women won't make this important "final check" and will go out of the house, business, etc. without any due regard to how they look. We might be cavemen ourselves, but we will always notice a well groomed woman.

Can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear - with many women it doesn't matter much what they wear.

I used to think the women in the Montgomery Ward or Eddie Bauer catalog were hot, but that is because they were models.

Assuming the girl passes a certain muster of bones and BMI:

I normally prefer classic styles with a bit of a bohemian flare.  Think Barneys NY rather than J. Crew.  A lady who dresses to stand out a bit shows confidence, independence and aesthetic sensibility, which is highly alluring.  Modern form and the spare look is generally appealing but I also appreciate it when ladies dress in a way that shows a historical sense.  It is one of the reasons I am attracted to ladies in the FSU.  More often than in the US, their worldview is informed by the momentum of the past.  In the US, all is about the what is new and fresh.    

Imagine the gal in this and you have the general picture.

For me it's easy if a woman looks like trailer thrash I simply can't be around her. I like a woman who will dress accordingly but also who knows what fits her and what doesn't. That woman, Stacy London of TLC' What not to wear simply sums up really well what I like in a woman's choices of clothing. One thing that I find totally repulsive is those fat 15 year old teenager girls with low waist jeans. Please cover up and dress accordingly for God' sake.

Because it is not the way childs should dress first. Anyway when I see an overweight 20, 22 year old dressed that way I don't like it either. I have struggled myself with my weight when I was younger and never would I wear something that makes me look worse like them even when I was fattier. I have learnt to take care of myself, eating, training, etc...

Also the woman I am pursuing is 35 years old. I am 42 years old. Just to make sure you understand I am not into little girls!
