« on: April 21, 2010, 05:55:52 AM »
We are planning to visit my friends and family in Uk this year. We have applied to VFS Global via British Embassy for EEA National visit Visas. Not had responce back yet.

Hi
Sorry if I am not understanding your question properly. Could you clarify? I understand that Ukraine is not yet a member state of the EU?  Also European Visas do not gain you entry to the UK. So I am not sure why you have applied to the particular department you mentioned. I have trouble determining the right form for my own wife to come to the UK.  It turns out that the application from Moscow now does not accept paper based applications - only online applications.  Is that the case from Ukraine? I recall you can search for current times taken to complete an application - it says something like 86% of all case were dealt with in less than n days etc.
