The bridge is in Volgograd and was completed only last year.

Someone was asleep in CivE 101 in Volograd - they were supposed to have learned from the Tacoma Narrows:

The follow up of the news is even more interesting.
After inspection of the bridge, they have not found any kind of structural damage to the bridge, the road or any of its components. Currently the bridge is still closed for traffic, untile the cause of the wobbling (which was 1m in height) is analysed.
Since it stopped not any kind of vibrations have been recorded, leaving hte technical experts baffled.
No it is not a dog. Its really how I look.  ;)
