I have to write this mainly because, I'm pretty sure I am indeed the ANTI-RW.

First, those of you who know, know that I have used the infamous AWEB to meet women.  The funny thing is, I don't think I have met a single scammer there.  No one has wanted my money, no one has accepted my money, hell... IVE BEEN YELLED AT for offering money. Recently one said "when I was complaining about money, it wasn't so that you'd give me money, it's only 60 dollars to you, but it's a lot to us, and have you not read any websites, DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO WOMEN HERE, we are good people, but poverty makes us greedy"...

(look I had tons of minutes to use, so i kept meeting people and they still arent up)
So, here's the thing, they all say lovely things the first days we talk.. after knowing me for a few days... we usually exchange information (not even via phone, usually i convince them to do chat, and teach them how to sneak information by in bits and pieces)

So, I have addresses, working phone numbers, verifiable non-business area addresses. Skype addresses... here's the thing... after knowing me... my favorite makes it a point of telling me she wants me to go see her.. BUT she has no interest in ever marrying me... I said "i didn't ask".. she says... i just need you to know that for the sake of our future... this kinda pisses me off..

Next girl, she says "I'd like you to visit, maybe in a year, I said... that's a long time, it's just meeting, you meet ukrainians daily... she says, but they are just normal, you coming to meet me would mean something more serious and I'm not ready for that"

.... so... summation... RW apparently like talking to me, don't want to take my money, text me, email me, skype with me... but they don't want to meet me now, marry me, ... or other shnip! ...

I'm pretty sure I'm the anti-RW.  Good news is, I can't get rid of my minutes fast enough, cause people sneak me their personal info quick.. and then... they talk to me away from AWEB... and for that matter... everyone's cool, till the idea of meeting comes up.. then everyone is scared of what that could possibly mean.

Maybe it's that they are all 22 and under... but man... this is hilarious. I don't know what to make of it. I mean, wouldn't they at least want me to come to town and take me for a ride? I'm almost insulted that they don't do this.. I don't know... lol.

Try talking to women who are more than just a couple of years removed from being teens and you'll probably find that they're *GASP* a bit more mature and understanding of what they are looking for and want from a man. The fact that they're Russian has nothing to do with it. The fact that they're so young has everything to do with it.

You're young and some of those young RW see you as a potential marriage candidate for the future. There are a lot of unknowns about the future with a woman who is not currently thinking about marriage so don't get serious with them either. Don't visit them but you can remain friends but don't let a pretty face and sweet voice fool you. They may have some serious character flaws. While you are getting free contact info, those ladies knowingly are deceiving men they have no interest in to using Aweb. Those men are losing money through deception and you already have too. While some girls are actually interested in you, others were not and dragged on a converstation with you to burn up your money.

I don't disagree about dating.  I mean, I fully said "i didn't ask you about marriage".. .she says... "I know, I just want you to be aware of that".... i Mean hell.. .it would be one thing if I had asked, but I never asked.

It just seems to prefix any conversation about visiting with I'm not interested in marrying you seems really like WTF!

I find it interesting that no one is really scamming me, no one is trying to get my money, in face most are content to simply communicate with me freely via email, text, phone calls and skype.  It's just the idea of visiting and "dating" scares them because of what serious nature may be involved.. and the one who does want me visiting has to warn me she doesn't want to marry me.

I just find all this very odd.

I corresponded with a woman who wasn't interested in marrying or being visited by a foreign man. She just wanted a "penpal" - someone to help her improve her English and share ideas with. I finally convinced her to meet me "as friends" and nearly 2 years later and 2 1/2 months of face time, we are engaged.

I mention this because it seems true to me that many of these younger ladies have no idea what they want. You must also keep in mind that these Anastasia girls are also doing their job by initiating convo with you. I am sure that the majority of them have no desire or intent to leave (unless you give them a reason to).

  The real scam is you buying minutes from AWEB. These girls get paid to chat on webcam and that makes them not so trustworthy.
I agree with all the others. Find an older women. I have 3 daughters ages 18,21, and 23 and am reminded daily how immature they can be. They are great looking girls but I find myself feeling sorry for their boyfriends at times, knowing they cant give what the poor guy really wants.

Scares them? Doesn't it scare you. Nothing wrong with dating but dating over there when you are here gets pretty expensive. The majority of men that go over there are sex tourists and guys who are thinking about marriage. Sex tourists knows exactly what their money will get them. Guys who are looking for wives are willing to risk their time and money for a lady who may be with them for life. What will you get out of dating ladies in the FSU? You've mentioned in the past you can get plenty of dates here.

Seraph, I know how special it feels to get attention from women too. Don't get excited. I get invited to come over to the FSU often but I need to learn more about some of those ladies inviting me before I'll buy a ticket. Take your time and you may have one sincerely invite you to see her for a serious relationship.

The ladies you are talking to now get plenty of male attention especially working at AWeb. They are dating other men at this moment since they are not in a relationship. Some men are foreigners and some men are local boys and the ladies are probably not virgins by a longshot. You may be happy that some of these ladies are speaking to you but you still have a long way to go to get to 1st base. If you want dating with no thoughts of marriage in the near future, do it here. Sincere marriage minded RW in the FSU will appreciate it. If you are open to marriage in the near future, then it's okay to look overseas.

LOL. They get wages for doing exactly what they're doing. Sort of like 'call centers' with reverse commerce.

Moreover, English language knowledge is a prime pre-requisite for our global commerce these days and if one can find a native speaker to help in their saturation at THEIR (man) expense, seems to me just another way women have proven their superior manipulative creativity over men, even from those of their senior. Nothing new...

That's funny.  I'm more athletic and outgoing than most people who are 22 here in the U.S.  The people I date here in the U.S. are usually in that age range anyhow and have NO PROBLEMS going out.  In fact, most people who come up to me at clubs or even in work-related functions are in the early to mid-twenties.  Plus I age better than you do toots

And I meant for a ride, meaning the way people profess intent of scamming by half of all ukrainians, I mean why wouldn't they want to take advantage of me. I'm saying that I'm not finding a huge scamming population that people warn me about.  I understand English isn't your first language so I'll let that slip, Fairy.  

If I'm whining, it's mainly venting because this is a whole new bag of oddity that I am not accustomed to.  

The question is, what happened to you to make you throw stones, when I have not? Did it make you feel better? If so, good for you.

But with me they get/got paid limitedly... they gave me their information quickly and our communications for months have been free... I just don't see where I'm getting screwed.. much more. 

I just would imagine that if they really wanted to screw me, they insist I talk to them via AWEB.

Lets start from the begining.

I know several agency owners from AWeb.

The 22 and under girls have 100's of Men in not a 1000 writting to them. I knew one agency who had a girl with over 2000 Men writting to her.

This business is about Money. Money is all AWeb cares about and Money is all the agencies care about.

The fact the girls did not take your $60 does not mean it is not a scam. Had they done so they would have been removed (agency as well). There is far too much money to be made on letters and chat to risk it on your $60.
AWeb does not like money being distributed outside of them because that means they lost their cut and will make an agency pay for doing so.

The fact that these ladies do not want to meet you says it all. You are being taken for a ride until your wallet runs out. But do not think for a moment it is not fake because they did not take your $60. If you knew how the system worked you will understand real fast.

  I understand that you dont use AWEB anymore, which is good. It seems like your complaining about the fact that none of these young hotties have any interest in marriage. I would say they do but since they are young hotties they have tons of choices in Russia or Ukraine. Did you ever think that maybe they dont want the hassle of moving to another country, or maybe your not quite hot enough for them to consider marriage with, or you simply arent rich enough. They might be thinking " Date yes, marriage no. I have more and better options in Russia"

You have to understand how the system works.

First AWeb has a rule with agencies that all letters must be answered too.
No matter what lady you write to on the site you will receive a nice reply. As long as you are paying for those letters you will receive responses that make you out to be the greatest guy in the world (no offence made by that remark or stating you are not).
If a 70 year old wrote to a 20 year old he will receive a letter stating she was so happy to hear from him and looks foward to their communication.

AWeb catches alot of heat and with good reason. However in AWebs rules if a lady is giving personal info it has to be correct personal info and not fake or agency info claiming to be her own.
These ladies giving you this info does not mean what happened on AWeb was not fake. If they did not give it to you, then you would probably not write anymore (no more money for agency). However when they do you noticed all Women were not the same anymore when letters started coming you did not pay for. All of a sudden their attitude changed and did not want to meet or consider marriage.
If you complained to AWeb that they were fake of scammer AWeb would use that as a reason to fine the agency or get rid of them and keep their money. AWeb does use complaints to make money as well. A complaint means an agency is loosing money. At the same time while AWeb is fining the agency they will write you back saying they found no fault at all. This is how they operate.
Once you are writting to thee ladies outside of AWeb they have 2 options. First is to try and get you back on AWeb. This is usually done by saying their english is not that good and they need their interpreter. If that does not work they will sizzle out the relationship to get rid of you. You have 1 in a 1000 shot of finding a sincere lady out of this. I am not saying it is all ladies however there is a slim shot of actually finding a lady on AWeb who will continue a real relationship with you outside of AWeb.

While you think all is perfect these agencies also walk a fine line with money through AWeb and they do what it takes to avoid any complaints. 90% of agencies on AWeb only make money through AWeb. They have no income coming in anywhere else. Because of this they play the game the best they can to keep going and survive without going over the edge to be removed by AWeb.

The way these ladies gave you the information, then let the relationship sizzle outside of AWeb was nothing more then a way to avoid a scammer complaint. Even if you made one to AWeb the proof will only say she is real and just became not interested in you later. There is no way around it no matter what the reality is.

This is also reason they did not accept money. Had you made that complaint you could provide proof to money being sent. That is enough for AWeb to remove an agency. Their motives is for the reason they did not get any of it. However your money is not worth the risk of loosing the $1000's they earn each month. So by turning you down they accomplished 2 things. First they now look honest to you because they did not take it. Second they can continue with fake letters and chats and earn more money.

Blues, just don't like claws out, you know what I'm saying?  I'm all about the PLUR! I don't think that them not wanting to meet me is a personal attack, I just find the whole thing odd.  As people are explaining AWEB, it makes more sense, I just happen to still have like 400 credits left. 

I just find it funny, because in one example, the girl's cousin logged into her computer at home and skyped with me (which by the way is also on AWEB and admittedly is who got the girl I talk to on it) ... joking with her younger brother before she got home.  Other days, her little brother sees me runs in the room and yells "allo, *insert my name*"... and everything seems so ... really nice and friendly... and human... then next day she has to clarify the point that she doesn't want to marry me.. when I never asked... it just seems a bizarre behavior to me.
