Florist in Tomsk/Seversk

Looking for a Florist. good, reasonable and reliable in Tomsk/Seversk. Need enough English to get the job done. I had bad experience with the online Florists, and since they use the locals anyway, I thought I would look for one.  Any advices appreciated.

Good enough english for you or the recipient?

I have used an online florist for Tomsk at least a dozen times all with excellent results. They have an english website, a bit pricey but excellent service.

no foil hat FP.. I have sent enough flowers to Tomsk for all of us.. I have used a variety of different services to do it.. and each time the flowers were high quality and the delivery was excellent.. and each time I cringed at the thought of paying a hundred bucks for ten bucks worth of flowers.  Believe me I made an extraordinary effort to bypass the English language sites and find some local florists to do it.. well.. without being able to communicate in Russian, and especially without being able to pay in Ruble.. it simply isn't possible. 

Anyway FP.. you know I am a mind reader don't you?  :)

Yeah I know, a legend in your own mind  :D

I concur with your experience although I have only used online florist not even trying some local that I know of and used in person. I've never had a problem at all. Thats not to say the OP hasn't without accusing him of being a cheap bastid
