EB2 Employment based US Immigration wrt E-21

Does anyone have any direct experience with EB2 based immigration to the US? In particular wrt the E-21 spousal immigration?

I am Canadian and have a fourth interview in NYC next week, and thus far my understanding wrt spouses is derived from the following two links
