Although to be completely frank, I wouldn't recommend members spend thousands of $ (or even hundreds) at any agency for "pay to chat", the old advice of eliminate the agency as soon as possible is the best policy.
Instead of using HRB's video chat, find an agency (or free site) where you can get the contact details for a reasonable fee, and then use Skype to communicate with her. (or call on her cell phone with a discount plan)

Voyager I think anyone who has found their way to any forum understands that.  The problem is between the two main forums and even the lesser ones we are talking about a few hundred guys at most who are really active.

Now.. take HRB, Anastasia and AFA and how many thousands of active paying members are there?  Yesterday I posted public domain sales info about HRB.. 2.3 million.. how many paying members does that equate to?  Its no small number.  The advertising power, SEO efficiency, and affiliate marketing plans all the big sites use make it categorically impossible for guys who have either been through the wringer, or enough real FSU experience to understand the real parameters, to reach the guys that are spending bucks on communication.  We are a small fraction.  So, we can say to each other all we want.. get the girl off the site and into direct communications all we want.. but we are talking to ourselves for the most part.

Also, there is one other very complex and difficult factor to consider.. and that is the combined affect of brain washing and wishful thinking.  How many times do we get new members on any of the forums that come in saying something like..

"I am communicating with a girl on X site and I have doubts" but when the regular posters take apart the scenario the new poster resists.  I know when I posted about Yulia on antidate and Tom and the ladies there tore me to pieces I didn't want to hear any of it.  And even afterwards, when I was totally torn whether or not HRB was a scam or not.. I was still posting relatively nicely about them.  In other words.. I had to get my butt kicked and then a bloody nose before I woke up.  

One more thought and then I will shut up for a few hours..

When I was still using HRB.. after Yulia but before I totally quit.. I had by then found the forums.. read the 10 commandments and attempted to use them.  That is exactly the point at which I came up against the Orchid Agency juggernaut.  So, any girl that joins Orchid will sign a strict contract.  Part of that contract states the girls will never give their personal contact information to a man under any circumstances.  So.. believe it or not.. they have had engaged girls that were still demanding to only communicate via paid chats on the site.  So, the agency is still one step ahead of the member.. even when the member is armed with knowledge, it is simply impossible to get around their rules and they have absolutely no morals regarding interference in the relationships.  Are their girls paid or not?  I don't know for sure.. I think so.. but I can not get proof.  What I can tell you is the Orchid girls are exceptionally well trained, the agency offices are very comfortable and the agency has all kinds of contests and prizes to keep the girls interested.  Orchid Agency claims to be a "Christian Agency" and they are to my knowledge the largest affiliate HRB has and they have branch offices in numerous cities besides Odessa.

OK, I need a break.. going for a walk.. you will all probably be happy to know I will be back to work Thursday.. just one more day of me with not enough to do.

I will add something to this that I have witnessed myself.

My wife was on HRB/RLM and she was also with the Orchid Agency in Odessa.
The reason my wife went to the agency is because her best friends sister was a translator there and talked her into it.

My wife directly stated that Orchid paid girls to chat on cam and also go on dates. However they did not pay all girls. Others (including my wife) were told they also had to spend ---- amount of time on cam or else.......

Now the difference between paid girls and Other girls is Paid girls had no interest in meeting anyone. The Other girls were interested and thought the idea of meeting people across the world was interesting however even all them did not consider marriage.

When I went to Odessa the first time my wife showed me the location of the agency. She did not want to walk up to the agency herself because she did not want to see them. My wife broke the bonds and we found a way to communicate ourselves.
However I did go. it was behind a wall off the main street. The area was a part of Odessa were it seems all bus routes met down town. This is one reason they chose the location because it was easy for all girls to get there.
After walking through the opening in the wall to an open alley way (it was wider an neater then the average alley way, more of an open area) I did see a very big Women and a girl (very much a familiar face on HRB and on cam) arguing outside. I had no idea what they were saying since I only know english. They looked at me strange and in a way stopped their argument I presume so I would not see what they were talking about. I walked past them and farther down not going into the office but walking by it.
I saw the two ladies go back into the office. I then proceeded back and decided to walk in acting as if I was lost.
As soon as I entered the agency I saw instantly a Man behind the computer on the zolushka (HRB agency site) with a chat window open typing away. There was no girl near or around him at all.
At this time the larger lady more or less through me out. While I did not know what she was saying I am sure it was not very nice.
I went back out and found my wife. My wife at that point proceeded to tell me that she heard the two ladies arguing and it was about money. The young lady felt the agency ripped her off and was pointing out how many dates she went on and how many hours she was in chat and felt she was under paid.

The girl who worked at the agency my wife knew quit. She also said what a scam the agency was and reason she left. She even will tell how the interpretors were forced to write fake letters and engage in chat sessions (without cam) or they would be fired. She also stated the agency paid girls to chat on cam and none of the girls were serious. They applied to employment ads and not ads for meeting Men for a relationship.

My wifes profile was also up on HRB a year after she left. My wife had written to HRB several times and they would not remove the profile. It was not until she posted on a public forum (an older forum no longer around that Patrick use to go to) telling everyone on forum how they would not remove her profile to get HRB to finally take it down. It also took putting the link up to her profile on the forum to get it done so others could see.

While I cannot say all things going on there the above I witnessed myself and am married to a girl as well as know one who worked for this agency through HRB.
Now the above all applies to Orchid Agency. This was the actions of Orchid Agency and not HRB. But I will say that all was reported to HRB and nothing was done about it.

I just found the lady's profile I saw arguing outside the Orchid Agency with the Owner/manager.

This was back in October of 2007. I remember seeing her on the site back in 2005 (when I first saw it) and she is still there. I remember her name was Zahanna. ID# 131392.

There was also an agency in Moscow called Chance. Their website is bestchance.ru
They worked with HRB at one time. When I was looking to build a site  found them and recognized some of the ladies to being on HRB. I spoke with the Owner Marina and she told me at the time she had not worked with HRB in 2 years. her account was even blocked to where she could no longer log in yet all her girls were still on the site.
This was also mentioned in the forum (it was RWGuide) when my wife pointed out they would not remove her profile. We also talked about the fact Chance agencies ladies were still up after 2 years the agency was no longer working with them.
Around that time HRB had 31,000 to 32,000 ladies on the site. In one night the number dropped to 18,000.
That was 14,000 ladies they still had on the site that were no longer with them at the time and ladies they knew were no longer with them. It took the posts on the forum and showing they were in the wrong to get them back then to clean up their database. Yet many Men spent money on writting gost Women.

Now I would not recommend the Chance agency to anyone either. At the moment they also do not seem to remove any ladies profiles. They still have ladies listed for over 6 years. Not one ever removed and no updated pictures.

The only way I know (not familiar with their search options anymore for ID search) is if you go to the site. Do a search (any age etc...). When the results come up click on a profile. Once the profile comes up go to your top browser that shows the web address. You will notice then the URL. www.russianlovematch.com/------------ with a line of numbers and other things. At the very end of the line is the ladies ID number. If by chance you clicked on a lady and the last part of the URL line is 323452 erase those numbers and put in the ID number you are looking for then hit enter. The lady will come up.

That Zhanna girl must have been busy. I've seen her several times before already. Some of the guys here showed me her as one of their prospects.

At the time it was still active.

My wife did write to HRB asking them to remove it. She received one email from them when they asked her to prove who she was with passport scan etc... My wife complied and never heard from them again. She wrote other times still with no repsonds. It was also at this time she was no longer allowed to view the site so I figred at the time they took her ip addy from the emails and blocked her to view the site.

Her email address was not bouncing emails as Patrick had stated. All of mine went through just fine.

But it took the fact of having to say so in a public forum and putting HRB on the spot in order to get it removed.

My wife had been inactive on HRB since January 2006. This thread was created in 2007. In fact she was locked out of the account to even use it is she wanted. Some had stated in the thread that they saw my wife online just a month prior and at that time my wife never returned to the forum to answer if it was her. It was not.
But I thought I would share so others could get insight more to HRB practices. At least this was their practice back then.

I suppose that you all will have to be content with Jim and CEO going wherever their spirits move them. I'm mostly focussed on wrapping up my report after a few missing links appear. The whole thing is little more than a rehash of the crap that littered the walls of the long-forgotten forum half a decade ago. I did the right thing then by mostly staying out of it. Apparently, the older that I get, the less wise that I become.
