Odessa Agencies Adam and Eva versus Odessa Women (Nataliya Varetskaya)

Here is updated information on Adam and Eva agency and Nataliya Varetskaya.

I will be in Odessa in August and I started to feel uncertain about the women I was talking to. After reading this site I decided it would be a good idea to have a back-up plan in place things did not go well.

I know there is a lot of distrust for agencies but I thought in my situation it would be a good idea to research agencies in case I needed to find additional women to meet. So I did a search on here and Nataliya Varetskaya and her agency Adam and Eva came highly recommended.  Then I went to the web and found a website by Nataliya Varetskaya saying Adam and Eva is now Odessa-Women.com but there was an Adam and Eva website too. So I was confused. I emailed Natalia Varetskaya and Adam and Eva to see if they were one and the same.

They are not. Adam and Eva is no longer managed by Natalia Varetskaya.

I've had a very nice email exchange with Nataliya Varetskaya and she was very honest and sincere about what happened. I also asked her if it would be better to write letters to a few women ahead of time or to just show up. Even though she runs a pay per letter site her recommendation was to not write ahead of time. I have a comfort with her and if I need the assistance of an agency in Odessa I will use her.
I also received a response from the new managers of Adam and Eva. They confirmed that Natalia Varetskaya was no longer involved in that agency but they were associated with Angelika Network.
Natalia Varetskaya feels as if she was cheated out of her agency by Angelika Network.  I, of course, do not know the truth about the situation with these agencies but I felt it was important to have up to date information on this board for any future member searching for reputable Odessa agencies. Natalia Varetskaya gave me permission to share her e-mail with this site. All I can recommend is to ask your own questions and draw your own conclusions.

My name is Nataliya Varetskaya. I founded "Adam and Eva" agency in
1998 and managed it for 11 years. In 2001 I joined as affiliate
Angelika company and became one of the local agencies of this
international company. Needless to say, that we entered profiles of
all our ladies-clients to the Adam and Eva site with all their contact
information. So, the company has all this info about our ladies. Our
site became a part of the Angelika company and was placed at its
server.  As to the customers who visited Odessa, we served them as
well as served our ladies.

Working purely honestly for all years we really won a great respect
and trust thousands of men from many countries. A lot of our ladies
are happily married now and the new born at their families children
are partly our children )

Approximately at 2007 or 2008 (I do not remember for sure) the owners
of the Angelika company - 2 Americans and 1 British - started a big
quarrel that ended very badly. One of the company owners, for my view
the most decent person left the company and other two owners didn't
pay his part of business.

The bad things that are done to other people never finish without the
effect for those who did those bad things.

So happened to two owners who actually robbed Larry Guissardo turning
him out of business.

Since 2008 the business of our company were getting worse and
worse. Maybe because the most respected by all the staff owner was
now out of business.

It finished at October 2009. One of the owners of our company, David
Stikney (American) stopped paying the agents who worked for him on the
International sites. I forgot to tell you that except managing the
local agency I purchased the International site at my company for
$5.000.00 in 2004. So, David stopped paying all international agents
at all. We worked every day serving customers but all our commissions
were appropriated by David. Needless to say, that many International agents
quitted working one after another. Customers of those agents were
passed to me. So, I did more and more job, but received 0 for 6
months.

Finally I told David, that I am not willing to work for nothing any
more. I required him to start paying me my commission.

He became furious and... blocked both my sites! All database of
women was given to another person and I don't have access to my sites
any more. It was nothing else than the robbery.

So, now Adam and Eva is managing by people whom I do not know. They
try to get our ladies to be their clients. They call our ladies and
lie, that "Adam and Eva" agency moved to another place and Nataliya is
fired". It is not true. Our office stays at the same place at
Deribasovskaya street #12. We continue working.

Of course, girls have no idea about all these intrigues. Some believe,
some do not. Many our ladies do not want to become clients of any
unknown people and want to stay with us. They know that we are honest
and maybe the LAST purely honest marriage agency in Odessa. Other
agency will take advantage on them and on men who writes them for sure.

As I can see when downloading the Adam and Eva site, is that they keep
on-line many ladies, who did not become their customers. I guess that
when men write those ladies, the new owners of Adam and Eva write answers
to those men themselves.

Alas!

The people who actually stole our business now use reputation that was
created by our hard and honest work for 11 years. I am sorry that men
have no idea about this situation and continue to trust Adam and Eva.

As to me, we created a new site www.odessa-women.com and placed there
our ladies who still stay available.

As to the apartments, it's funny. The people who manage now my site
probably are not very good in the internet or sites. They really keep
apartments, that belong to me personally )) Actually we have another

In an earlier era when I used agencies, I was in Odessa and met a couple of girls from Nataliya's Adam-and-Eva agency.

I was wholly unsatisfied with the service that I got and think that Nataliya is a slimy old shrew.  Nataliya isn't running an outright scam but her business ethics and service are terrible.

She got what was coming to her IMHO.

I wanted to meet four girls from her agency. 

One of the girls was a professional dater: she ordered lots of expensive food off the menu in a restaurant and the way she talked the agency and her goals made it clear that she wasn't serious.

One of the girls met me and immediately made an excuse to leave.  She wasn't out of my league: in fact, she was only six or so years younger and she wasn't any beauty queen.  I was shocked at how rude she was.

Two other girls didn't even show.

Nataliya refused to give me a refund for one of the girls who didn't show.  I'd already paid Nataliya for the second no-show and it occurred on the evening I left Odessa so I didn't have a opportunity to discuss it with Natailya.  She ignored an email I later sent her about it.

There's lots of agencies in the FSU that are running outright scams.  Natailya isn't running an outright scam, but I was pretty shocked by the flakiness of the girls in her agency and her attitude about it.

There probably are sincere girls there.  I met one Australian guy in the office who was engaged to a girl from her agency and seemed to think highly of it.  I can think of worse backup plans than to use her agency.  I'm just saying that my own experience with Natailya was terrible.

Totally honest in all business dealings----but I made sure we were both on the same page about expectations.

Her apartments are very good, western style, with cleaning and laundry service (unless she's changed that). The only problem with the apartments is the Turkish disco in the basement, and the Irish Pub across the street

Keep in mind that all agency owners, no matter how much they want to play Cupid, are business owners----this is how they put borchst in the bowl.

Regarding Varetskaya's letter I will correct her

Rediculous, Larry Gucciardo was unable to account for over 130,000 USD. His exit from the company was the result of a legally binding a signed settlement regarding the sale of the company. When the deficit was discovered Larry was given the opportunity to pay his part of the missing money, he declined, the entire debt was covered by the 2 other principles. This was well known by all parties involved and so obviously Natalya is lying intentionally.

Natalya declines to note that her contract expired in 2009 and a contractual obligation for cooperation was a minimum sales limit of EU 300 / per month. This is clearly stated in her contract in black and white. This is purely misrepresentation. She also did not purchase any site, she purchased a license on the software with the same restrictions that apply to every agent.

Actually, she removed all the original signed scans from the database for all her clients, in violation of the procedures. She was also using the site to sell items on her other sites. Her contract clearly states that in the case of such all commissions are withheld. She should provide scanned copies of the 2 contraqct which she held for the 2 sites and this would all be clear.

All the women online were contacted by the new agent and anything Natalya writes to the contrary is misrepresentation.

Another statement she knows to be false. Any correspondence via the angelika network system will come with a scan of the original letter FREE OF CHARGE if the client checks a box for such when sending a letter.



In Short, Natalya providing copies of her contracts would prove instantly that she was lying about the things above.

As for her, We had a lot of complains from the women that she was rude. Her apartments? If you like short sheets on your bed, some nasty hag holding on to your keys when you are out and and paying way to much for an apartment that looks like someone on a bad acid trip was pretending to design a theme park, they are the places for you.

Natalya is lying in this letter, anyone reading her contracts would see this is the case.

Natalya certainly got what was coming for her, as she knows good and well that any agent that doesn't have a scanned copy of the contract scanned, doesn't have passports scans of all their clients are removed she was removed after she removed all the documents regarding her ladies. Let her post copies of her 2 contracts here and let's read the part about "having ethics" as a requirement to our business relationship. wecan also read about the minimum sales and the very strict requirements regarding a site license agreement.

Natalya is not the first agency to be removed from the Angelika Network nor the last. (well over  100+ to date, Including 5 agencies in one day in just mariupol) Most of them squeal like pigs when their contracts are terminated for whatever reason. I think clearly the blatant lies presented by her in this post approved by her certainly constitute ex post facto she's not someone we can consider ethical.

Which is the usual thing for 'marriage' agencies in Ukraine. Nearly all of them either plainly scam or are unscrupulous. If you think otherwise, it means that they are very clever at what they do and the client is happy to be scammed not realizing it

Exceptions? Sure, there are some. But none that I know of.
