you asked me a couple of questions.

1st you do not have to be born in Russia to sound like a native speaker.  But she really sounded funny to the group of Russian women that saw the movie with us (there were several AM there as well).  She spoke only a few lines and you would think she would have spoken better. 

2nd - 35 years is old for a man or a woman.  I am an old man and not yet 40 years old.  People are fooling themselves if they think there young at 35 years of age. 

However a man who is 45 and thinks he looks 34 years old is really an old fool.

No, but you have to start learning it at a very young age. I have yet to meet anyone who started learning a language as an adult, or even a teen, who spoke the language anywhere near native fluency. That is life and language

Haven't seen the movie. My guess is that they had her learn her lines phonetically. You would have thought they would have had a way to get a native speaker to dub her lines.

When men think they look younger I usually think they look older.  I have never met a man who looks younger than his age.

if you were a little bit familiar with psychology you would probably know that a human's life (and an animals life as well) usually is divided into various ages and not just two (young and old) as you think

Sure, with a lot of training. Even one sentence will have however at least one or two phonemes (likely more) that do not exist in the person's native tongue. It takes time and a lot of training to learn how to make these sounds without butchering them. I know people who after years of being married to a Russian woman and really trying can yet pronounce "привет" properly
