Friend needs an interpreter for minsk

i have a friend who is travelling to kiev and minsk and would like the services of an interpreter. i suspect we found an interpreter for kiev but need to find an interpreter for minsk for him.

 should be interpreter from Minsk or your friend does not mind if Ukrainian interpreter travels with him?
