Putin New President

PM Putin just passed into law that the President will now have a 6 yr term not 4. He will be "elected" again and have 2 terms,,,so 12 years as "New" president at next election. Enjoy!!

He will be back after Medvedev has done his second term. Until that time he will be happy as Prime Minister, as Medvedev enjoys the ceremonial functions of the presidency a lot more as Putin ever did.
