I hear what you say vwrw and I am aware that the agency has received some good feedback, which is why I was looking at their site. However, if what you say is true then it’s a red flag for me if they are posting fake photos (for a joke or otherwise).

The moment I saw those photos then I knew they weren’t right. Those are by far the most extreme examples of manipulation I have any seen on any agency site. Photo 2 is bordering on ridiculous. If the agency failed to see that also then it begs the question ‘what other red flags might they not see?’

‘Software’ doesn’t make mistakes, people do. It’s been that way for some weeks and I have even told the agency I think there is a problem in this area.

There are only few ladies who have their photos made in the Agency this summer in our new office and you will see them on our web-site, all other girls prefer to work with professional photographers ))).  Tatiana#991 brought her photos to the Agency and her face was similar with the photo in her passport and in reality. Sorry, we didn't pay too much attention to the body and clothing on her photos. I promise to contact this lady in the near future and will tell her that now we know all the truth about her and that she must bring the photos of her body with head otherwise we will delete her profile from the database.

If it helps to decide if Russian Pearls is a good agency; here's my recent trip report using there services.

Day 1

Flew with Aeroflot To Moscow and changed planes to Barnaul.

Day 2

Arrived in Barnaul on time and was met by Tatiana Krasnova, owner of Russian Pearls, at the airport.
She brought me to my hotel, hotel Barnaul, for some quick rest before my first meeting.
At 11 o' clock Tatiana picked me up with Oksana from Russian Pearls and they showed me the city and
gave me tips on the location of banks and shops.
At 13 o' clock I met the first lady of five that I wrote letters with before coming to Barnaul.
N. looked much better than in her pictures, altough she had since changed her hair color.
She was exactly as described in her profile and spoke a decent level of English so no need for a translator.
After our meeting she dropped me off at the hotel and I waited in the lobby for Tatiana to arrive for my next meeting.
N. was a lovely lady but I thought a little to young for me and she seemed more occupied with her job at this time.
At the agreed time Tatiana picked me up and brought me to a restaurant for the next meeting.
N. was more in my age range, she looked like here pictures and made a very good impression on me.
She didn't speak English so I was happy that the translator from the agency was there.
The translator, also named Tatiana, spoke 9 languages and I could speak with her in English and French.
After dinner both lady's drop me off at the hotel and I went to sleep, still tired from the long trip.

Day 3

Tatiana picked me up at 15 o' clock and we spoke about the meetings the day before.
The second N. had made a good impression and Tatiana arranged for a second meeting that night.
But at 16 o' clock I first would meet with L.
L. was the girl I wrote the most letters with and I had a good impression from these letters.
When L. walked in the door of the bistro and I was immediately taken in by her looks and her character.
Again the translator was there because L. only spoke a few words of English.
We had dinner and I was sad I had to leave L. for meeting with N.
The second meeting with N. was first very nice but I found out I was thinking about L. a couple of times during the meeting.
That night I decided not to see any other girls but only see L.

Day 4

I made a trip by taxi to the office of Russian Pearls, spoke with Tatiana and she confirmed that L. also thought the same
about me as I about here.
That evening I went with L. to a restaurant without a translator.
i was first afraid for I only speak 5 words Russian and she only 5 words English but all went very well.
The restaurant had free wifi and I had brought my Ipad with me, on it a translate app and we 'talked' for more than an 2 hours using the Ipad.

Day 5

Saw L. that evening again with translator Tatiana.
We had dinner and talked for about 3 hours about almost everything.

Day 6

Again dinner with L. and arranged for trip to a local mountain resort.

Day 7

Rest day

Day 8 & 9

Spend with L. at mountain resort and we both fell in love with each other.
We had a terrific time together.

Day 10

Met L.'s mother that night at dinner with translator, went very fine

Day 11

Tatiana picked me up at the hotel with L. and brought us to the airport.
She made shure that i got my ticket etc. and we said goodbye.
L. waited with me until it was time to check in.
13 hours later I was home again.

Tatiana Krasnova was very helpfull during my stay, never did I had the feeling that I didn't get any support from the agency or that the agency tried to push me
into doing something I didn't wanted.
She talked to me every day of my visit to make shure that everything was fine.
Tatiana is now helping us with the visa for L. to visit me in my country.

I would without any doubt recommend Russian Pearls.

Tatiana: Thank you for taking the trouble to reply, it is really appreciated. I am aware that your reputation is better than many other agencies (that's why I was looking at your site) but I am surprised that: 1) You published the photo’s in the first pace and; 2) You haven’t immediately removed them. You also need to fix the apparent problem with regards your ladies language abilities.

Most members who have been around the FSU block a few times will no doubt regard your sudden arrival and first post with a little suspicion … its happened to me in the past so I speak from personal experience. Maybe you could write a short introduction in the appropriate area and in the meantime I look forward to your continued posting so we can learn more from your experiences.

Also, congratulations on falling in love with a lady on your visit despite only having a few meetings together and limited direct verbal communication. You have made one FSU bride seeker very jealous as I don’t have the ability to do that.

I read a lot of information on this and other forums like Russian Adventure (in other words lurking) and decided to post my experience because I felt that it's not fair to say that Russian Pearls is a bad agency just based on a couple of photoshop pictures.

I'll write a short introduction in the appropriate area to introduce myself.

Well, we have limited verbal communication but we both feel like we know each other for a year instead of a week.
Even without words we understand each other.

FWIW my wife was a member of Russian Pearls, knows Tatiana very well and totally respects her and the service she runs.   It is nice to see Tatiana posting here.  I don't find it strange that she had no suspicions about the photos in question.  I am sure if I were running an agency I could have been fooled as easily.  

Klang, welcome to the forum.  I will be looking forward to hearing more about you and your adventures.  Barnaul is not the easiest city to get to but they do have some special and wonderful women there.  I would recommend it to anyone and also I would recommend RP even though I have no direct experience with them.

She did not ask you or anybody else to send her money. I am almost certain that all this girl wants is to attract men’s attention to herself and increase her chance of finding the right one.

How is her action to beautify herself different from what other people do by erasing their wrinkles or cellulite or by doing other processing of their appearance with  Photoshop to attract the opposite gender? If people look at her and see no difference between her real appearance and what is on the photos, she does less harm than the people who hire professional photographs to make of them unrecognizable someone .

We are all painting this girl as some evil scammer out to take advantage and trick poor unsuspecting guys who are looking for a good woman to marry and we all think she is a scammer.  

It is quite possible that her motivations and methods are motivated by less sinister reasons than we are giving her credit for.  It is possible that she just doesn't have the money for good professional photos and really would like to find a good man and wanted photos that looked good enough to attract a good man. I am not saying this was a good thing to do just that she might actually be a good woman who just doesn't have a lot of money.  If it is her face, and she is built like that and her hair is similar is she really misleading anyone?   Is it any worse than the hundreds or thousands of women who use photos 10 years old, or photoshop their real photos to the point where a not so attractive women looks beautiful.  I am not saying that what she did is right.  It was definitely not a good thing to do.  I don't see it as evil enough that she should be banned for life from ever being on an agency or tarred and feathered and run out of town.  

Personally, I think Tatiana needs to have a long talk with her and if her reasons were more innocent than we are giving her credit for then using real photos is enough to satisfy me and if she has sinister motives then Tatiana needs to deal with that but I don't think any of us know enough about why she did what she did to pass too harsh a judgement at this point in time.

I find the photoshop amusing as vinny seemed to as well,
and not much different than the thousands of other profiles on various sites that are obviously photoshopped.
These were just amusing because of the nature of taking ones face to another body and/or clothes?

I find it a bit deceitful though, i'm sure she knows what she was doing or having done,
but agree it likely isnt some big sinister plot..??
more likely she couldnt get the photos done and this was more economically viable.,
it just became amusing since vinny caught the original photos..

In the overall big picture of using agency websites, if a bit of photoshop , would keep a man from contacting her to find out what she is like , and get more casual photos,then this venture probably isnt for them anyway..
but this case was indeed a bit more amusing..?

maybe this thread gets her less letters, or maybe even some extra letters , and she finds her man .. who knows?
