all i remember about lugansk is that baranova woman and not to ever go there.

I was sure Nikolaev was becoming the new Lugansk, maybe Lugansk is staging a comeback.

While it is very true that there were a few exceptionally active scammers in Lugansk some years ago, at least one Western man who lived there for a few years as well as at least one agency that holds very successful meeting parties there have said that its past reputation today is grossly exaggerated. However, one thing that reputation does is reduce the potential competition from other Western men. There are, in fact, some highly desirable a and serious ladies from Lugansk.

Personally, were I starting over but knowing what I know now, I would simply learn to avoid the scammers and ignore the reputations of an entire city.
