RWD doesn't charge anyone for signing up but I accept Master Card, Visa and Cash through Western Union if you feel a need to give to a good cause. The money you donate will go towards feeding hungry RW.

As long as it is not run by USCIS, no problem.  I can deal with the FBI, CIA, IRS, or the KGB.  But  please, no USCIS.  :(
