Posting some Ukraine and Russian women photos.

It's been a while since I have done this on the open discussion board so I think I'll post's some photos of Ukraine and Russian ladies .   

Several of you guys have told me over the years that you like these photos, that's cool, their are however some men and women here that do not like to see my posting of Ukraine and Russian ladies.

So, here is a disclaimer,......if you are offended by a person who takes and posts photos of women he does not know, and does not ask to take these women's photo, then it would be best for you to not look any further in this particular thread. If such actions offend you please do not look any further in this thread.

To the many new members who have joined RWD over the past year I will on occasion post photos of women that I have taken. The ladies whose photos I post and conditions can vary.  Some photos could be ladies I know, or photos taken at parties, clubs, parks, etc. Some photos I take and post are of ladies who I do not know.  If you are a new member and have problems with posting of these type photos that's quite all right, ...... it is your right. 

With the photos about to be posted here are some common denominators.  I do not know any of these women. I never saw any of these women prior to my taking her photo. I have not seen or talked to any of these women since I took her photo. All photos were taken in the public domain with most being in the center of the center of the city she lives in.

I will offer a closing comment about these photos after the last photo is posted.

Every Sunday morning that I am in the states I will go and visit my father. It's the one time a week I drive my truck, and I take my two Golden Retrievers, Sasha and Maximus, with me.  They really like to stick their heads out the window and having the air hitting them in the face.  Often when I am driving and coming up on an oncoming car I look at the driver and passengers face and most of the time I see a smile break out on their face's.  If their are children in the car many times I see the driver or passenger pointing out the dog's to the children and I see even more smiling faces.  When this happens I get a good feeling. Something about making other people, even strangers, smile that gives me a good feeling.

Many times when I am taking photos of ladies I see walking about the city I am focused on the ladies face. While looking at the lady through the camera lenses many times I will try to wait until I notice if the woman has seen me. Most the time, I guess well over 80% of the time, the lady, or ladies, will smile when they see me taking her photo. 

With each and every photo you have just seen this was the case. Some of these photos were taken at the exact moment the lady, or ladies, saw me.  Some of these photos were taken a few seconds after the lady saw me and she still has a nice smile on her face although not looking at me directly.  And just as I get this good feeling when I see people smiling when they see my dogs hanging their heads out the truck window, I also get this good feeling seeing the smile coming from most of these women.

Why is it such a high percentage of these Ukraine and Russian women smile when they see their photo is being taken by a stranger?  I think it has a lot to do with the culture, society and way these women live.  I have NEVER seen a Ukraine or Russian women in public with rollers in her hair. Maybe it happens, I just have not seen it. I can not say that about American women.  Most Ukraine and Russian women look like a million dollars before they leave their flat each day for work or school or going to the market or wherever they are going. Most Ukraine and Russian women want and strive to look beautiful when they are in public. It is my opinion when many of these attractive women see me taking her photo, they know, or feel, they must be looking good, which is what many of these ladies were hoping for, and the smile just comes naturally.

So, although several people have a problem with me taking and posting of photos of women I do not know, anytime I can do something that will make at least 80% of the people smile, I am going to continue to do such.

Many of your past photos were taken as sniper shots with the subject having no idea that her photo was being made.  In most of your current photos, it is readily apparent that the women knew you were photographing them.  Much better in my opinion.  I don't see how anyone would have a problem with these.

Young FSUW and FSU teenagers  enjoy dressing seductively in public.  Their American sisters exercise more care.  I guess this is more about taking precautions against creeps in America. 

I drive to a large university each day, and many of the female students have bodies just as splendid as the subjects of your photos.  Yet, the students are not strutting their stuff.

I, too, have neither seen nor heard of a lady going out of her house in Ukraine with hair curlers. Not so long ago when my wife was removing her curlers and brushing her hair prior to going to the neighborhood market, I commented that in America many women would go with the curlers still in, often with a scarf over them if that.

She looked astonished and asked whether American women care so little about their appearance.

We have several ladies who string clotheslines between trees in the courtyard between our building and the facing ones. Even when hanging out the wash, these ladies always are dressed presentably.

As you know, their sensitivity to appearances in public extend to how their family dress out of the house as well. When I go outside, I am always sure to have a fresh shave, nicely polished shoes, and clothing that is clean, neat, and in good repair. When we are out together, if Ira sees a man who is at all disheveled, she may comment that he "obviously doesn't have a woman at home!"

It's a very different mindset, although I think a very good one.

Probably some differences in dressing style of students exist between Southern and north-eastern sides of America because I find it difficult to agree with your statement, Gator. During the warm months here, many female- students wear quite revealing outfits.   Their tops have deep/low cleavage and their shorts are as short as the skirts of the girls on Jack’s photos. The biggest difference is that  girls here do not show their naked stomachs like on the photo below.

I noted this in Russia a couple of years ago. Looks like it has spread to Ukraine.

I noted this in Russia a couple of years ago. Looks like it has spread to Ukraine.

The economy improved.  More calories, less stress, and more riding around in cars rather than walking. 

For one month after my divorce I studied profiles at a couple of sites with large numbers of listed women.  Average weight has increased,  and acceptable age for men lowered.

Unlike you and me manny, Jack seems to like some ladies who have a bit of 'meat on the bone' and I think our interpretation of 'slim' is somewhat different.

Having said that IMO the ladies in Kiev DO seem a little more western shaped, whereas those in the south and east are more likely to be a size 6 or 8.

Manny--please tell me that the choice of the verb "spread" was deliberate in this case and not simply an hilarious but unintentional pun!

(The concept of increasing girth "spreading" to Ukraine does boggle the mind a bit, yes?)
