My name's Jon and I'm new at this Russian women dating thing. I'm currently looking on the From Russia with Bride sight and found someone I really like. How can I be certain it's not a scam? Everyone I've talked to is trying to tell me not to do it because they all think it's all a scam and they supposedly know someone that fell for it. I don't think they have all the info and I'm pretty sure they haven't checked the sight I use. Is there anyway I can find out for sure?

There's really no way anyone can call it a scam based on the little information you have provided. However, if you suspect it is a scam there is likely some good reason you do other than just hearsay. Provide some more details and I'm sure a number will give you their opinion. Are you paying by the letter? Paying for translations? How much are you spending with the agency? Has she asked for anything at all?

Welcome JonCNA, Do you consider yourself a very patient man?  Are you willing to spend loads of time and money to engage in this endeavor? Once you have found your sudba, are you willing to throw out all reason and logic in discussions for the remainder of your lifetime?
