I dare to say that for a number of Russian women, India is personalized in Indian movies, songs, religion and dances after all. Some Russian women may indeed love India, but from my personal experience, their love for Indian culture does not generally expand to Indian men, sorry to say. I have met some Russians who are passionate about many Indian things, but I have yet to see a Russian woman who would seriously contemplating about dating or marrying an Indian man. Of course, exceptions happen.
