whats wrong with my account

I know this is not the proper forum for this, but i had to create a new account to log in. I tried resetting my password all to no avail. Did someone hack my account and get me banned? this is remiel6

That account was created with an aol.com email address, yet this new account is not. Might have something to do with it ?

Did you try the new password I sent to your @aol.com account?  Did you receive my email?

Yes I did get the email and I tried it, but the same result. It just keeps telling me I have an incorrect password.

I too sent you an email and asked you to reply with screenshots of the problem. Did you receive my email?

We are trying to figure out and resolve the problem, but need more information.
