Did a quick breeze thru and prices seem okay as do the apartment photos. 300 hryvnia is just $38 and seems a good price for what is pictured. You can calculate the currency conversions here: http://coinmill.com/UAH_USD.html#UAH=300

For travel in Eastern Europe we often use www.airbnb.com as those are apartments by local owners and not just targeted to Western tourists and brideseekers. Just looking at a city I know better than some others, the average Moscow rental even at peak season on some very nice apartments, is often less than $100. They have a few Dniper rentals listed.
