Going to Dnepropetrovsk November 2011, Need help

Hello Everyone,

I am going to Dnepropetrovsk during the first week of November 2011.  I need help with referral apartment rental, English speaking taxi driver, and taxi from airport to apartment.  Any commercial/agency owners and private operators are welcomed.  I am from U.S.

I just got back from there and used Cindy agency. There are taxis at the airport. 80 Grivnyas is the going rate.
