visa process
« on: October 26, 2011, 04:00:40 AM »
It's been a while since I considered doing a fiancee visa but I am now considering it. Can anyone tell me what forms I need to send and any websites to go to for forms and info? What does the entire process look like, such as what forms and when? Is it as simple as send in the forms, what for the response for the go ahead for the woman to go to Kiev, and go from there? Thanks.

As Bear pointed out, visajourney.com is your best friend. There is a "packet" you'll need to put together that will include forms (you can download there or at USCIS), photos and other documentation(airline tickets/receipts) that serve as proof of the relationship. Visajourney is also a great place to pose questions. Theres a lot of knowledgable peeps there
