The Russian Duma could hardly do worse.
Same could be said for U.S.
Oh, wait. Maybe we could do worse.
My representative in the U.S. Congress is Jesse Jackson Jr. It was Mel Reynolds before. And before that it was Gus Savage  Google the last two. No need to check out our Illinois Govenor  :o
