Hi all! I find that I'm attracted to women from China, and have been receiving letters from freepersonals.ru. My question is: Are there the same issues as with UK/RU women in regards to sincerity or scams to such a large scale?

I have been in Hong Kong. Girls are very nice, friendly and most of them speak english good. About scams - yes it is the same and maybe a bit more.

A more direct answer is no, I haven't seen anything in the way of scams with women from China. That doesn't mean they don't exist but, if they do, nothing to the level of FSU or Nigerian scams. Of course you might find women anywhere willing to feign love to escape her current conditions but of course that happens even in the USA

I just said : "About scams - yes it is the same and maybe a bit more." I mean the same in russia, ukraina  etc. And not so good standard of living and situation in country pushes people on rash and dishonest acts. thats all.

The Chinese are usually not the very 'religious' [if this matters] centered as you can see from the profiles.

As this is a Russian countries oriented forum, you will not find the expertise concerning the Oriental people here.

I dated a Chinese lady for a year.  A fine lady and good salsa dancer.   We looked a bit out of place (actually a lot out of place) at salsa bars full of hispanic college kids, but they didn't mind.

A Russian guy, a Gazprom employee, sitting next to me on a flight also said he dated a Chinese lady.  Not sure why a Russian man would be taking that route.

Hahaha I'm not Russian...American. I just wonder why ladies from China were contacting me on that site, which primarily for FSU is it not? I think most consider Chinese women traditional? But it would take a lot of getting used to her walking behind me! haha

I am on another forum where there are quite a few men seeking Asian brides..with all the same pitfalls as we would see here. Especially Filipino women who seem to know all the angles for getting green cards. So..watch out there just like any other place. Do not fall in love with a photo, do not send money, go visit ( please more than once) and read the 10 commandments.
