And what !!! It is not the first time that one or other parents manipulation a child... you can see it every day in case of divorce...

It is the mother who make the plan, who use or manipulate other people... the child is only one other victim... do you thing that now, these child is happy, from move to one place to other... and what after the reportage, when at school, other child will laught from her or insult her...

Remember that child are not yet adult... they are not ready to think and act like adult... they are victim and not guilty...

Bruno, I can't elaborate but if it somehow went to court (lawsuits are seldom allowed in divorce situations) a jury and would hear certain details from a few sources then it is likely they would rule against the plaintiff and ask that the daughter be remanded to the custody of the court for her own protection.

Plus another thing to remember in a civil suit there is a lot more leeway as to evidence presented, plus another factor would be how old the daughter is, I think Golden said and I could be wrong, that she is 14, in some states that is the age of legal consent, and we are having more and more young people tried as adults these days, beside lying and false allegations are still lying and false allegations, which can constitute a crime in itself.

Got it.  Actually a balanced story that shows both sides.  They spent more time with the other guy but they got both of them in.  I gotta admit reading about this stuff, and hearing about it is different then seeing the men talk about false alligations.  It does make one daunted.  After this Id like to see a book written on this subject its gripping as hell.  Id buy it for sure.
