Water front property still holds no value for me whatsoever. I accept that it does have value for people in this market, but for me - forest-front or mountain-front sounds better. Here, in Tx, they actually dye water artificially and call these artificial bright green lakes waterfront property.

Where I live on Lake Ontario/ Finger lakes, water front property is very expensive.   Having a house/Cottage where you have access to fish, boat, waterski, sail, Drive to Canada by boat (Toronto is accessible), or the 1000 Islands region, is really a cool thing.   On the finger lakes, you can have water in your front yard and forest/mountains in the back yard.

I'm saying all this because I am wondering what area of the FSU where  I would find a woman who loves to swim, loves the water, boats etc...

I know what the guy meant was probably a few million dollars water front mansion with stables. But 10 years ago, I would say the same thing - why do I need a house in a village? Better an apartment in a city. Watetfront property still holds no value for me whatsoever.

I remember Scott Jay sent me a contact letter he sent to a RW. He mentioned he lived in Malibu California on a ranch overlooking the Pacific ocean. He mentioned he had a couple of horses and like to hunt with them. Coyotes I think. He had some hunting hounds. The RW wrote him back and said that he should consider selling his ranch and horses and buy an apartment in the city. For a better life you know,

One could only hope that she got herself a "better deal" with a guy who lived in an apartment in a city !...

I believe it is easier to find UW that love the water than the ones that hate it. Not sure about the "etc", though  ;D

FYI: Ukrainian famous female swimmers were born in Mariupol (Olga Beresnyeva), Zaporizhzhia (Svitlana Bondarenko), Simferopol (Yana Klochkova), Kharkiv (Darya Stepanyuk and Kateryna Zubkova), Kiev (Daryna Zevina).
The best Ukrainian oarswomen live in Mykolaiv.   ;D

Ah, and, getting back to UkraineSpeak, what you mention above is what I love about Yalta.  The Black Sea before you, a gorgeous little mountain backdrop...  a must see at least once... I'd recommend staying somewhere else though, and day trip over to Yalta.

As far as the water aspect goes... and as has probably already been mentioned... liking vs living.  I don't think I have encountered any ladies who didn't like the water (DP being the exception of course).  I'd suggest just sending many photos of the area during your communication.  It's a numbers game... the more with whom you communicate the more chances you have for compatibility in that area as well.

Didn't you just said on another thread that you discuss BUT always get what you want?

Responding to the statement that a man needs to know how to say "no" to a woman?   :D  I

I don't think I've ever met an FSU woman who didn't like water, beach, boating. My advice to you is find a woman who is into YOU FIRST, and to whom the lifestyle that you can offer is an added benefit rather than a number 1 priority.

celluloid, you're over thinking. Thinking and planning is good however, forgetting there is a relationship first and foremost isn't. Work on finding a woman and developing a relationship. The rest will take care take care of itself, or not. Don't pet the sweaty stuff  :D

I still would prefer meeting a woman who thinks like this any day, rather than a woman who thinks like DP... but that's my preference... :

Who would I like to find:
A man with soul and a kind heart, with tenderness and fire in his eyes, with whom we will smother each other in whipped cream, have pillow fights, watch cartoons together in each others arms, walk together under the same umbrella, handwash baby diapers together to save money, to share the last grape, to learn and practice the[sexual] position called: "Mountain eagle crosses river Huanhe on the back of a singing turtle" ...

Olga, to be fair, I don't see anything wrong with this woman with the exception of how she's being filmed - focusing on her crotch and boobs...kinda tasteless IMO. Yes she could have used a better hair styling but she looks quite nice for a woman in her mid to late 30s. She's got something sexy about her IMO. I think that most men would be very happy if women like her were available for dating here, where I live. Sure, rich guys are looking for model looks (not that it makes them happy when they find such women), but she would be a very nice match for a normal guy in Tampa Bay area. Take a look on some of the local dating sites here what kind of women are available, then you'll know what I mean... Here is a couple of samples of single, available beauties in Tampa Bay...

That's what I'm talking about. Videographer's tasteless job, the agency's  tasteless choice to publish the video and the woman's tasteless choice when she saw the video and gave her permission to publish it. A tasteless guy will buy it  ;D

If I would be on that agency's website and saw the video I would remove my profile right away after such presentation  :D

BTW there are plenty of young and beautiful women in Tampa, and many of them don't need to use the dating websites as a rich guy with $30M apartment or whatever don't need it either  ;D Please don't tell me there are not beautiful women in the US  ;)

Eduard, I live in Tampa and your selection is skewed.  It is not statistically representative.

I am an old fossil yet always found reasonably slender women in Tampa to date except when I needed a female partner for power lifting.  :)   Some may have been 'fried' by too many years in the sun, but slender nonetheless.   I notice that the RW are adding some pounds as they age, drive a car instead of walk, and have more money.    I have added equatorial mass myself.  And I recall that your equator seemed to be bulging as if it were the uplifting plate of a subduction zone.  :D To the good life!

sure there are beautiful women in the USA, question is how many of them are single and down to earth? There is probably a 100 single, decent looking guys for every good looking woman here. Come on, Olga, you are from Russia, you know how different it is here in regard to men to women ratio. It's like a different planet.

Tampa is slightly better than SRQ area, but still, can you even compare it to Russia or Ukraine when it comes to women? Yes, I'm bulging a bit...working on it though! To the good life!  :D

Not necessary driving a car or having more money.

Below a photo of 5 girlfriends in their late 30s and early 40s, and one woman in her late 40s from the same area in Russia where they still live. I remember them when they had sizes 1-4.

Would be interesting to see how their mates fared physically over the years.

In 10 years, we've both put on maybe 10 to 15 pounds.

It is not just about life style, but also genetics and of course aging and metabolism.

Some of my girls-classmates gained weight very noticeably, but some not too much.  I noticed the guys classmates did not gain weight too much, though some of them yes, but as I remember they were inclined to.

(ok. I "pilfered" a recent photo of one of my classmates from his page, he got just more mussels )

Ed, your sample looks awkward. But I still believe that it is just not everything that the Tampa Bay dating site has to offer :( There are definitely more interesting women out there! I cannot believe it!

Try to go to plentyoffish, take a shot of about a hundred of women from 35 to 45, and see what it brings. Your sample makes me think that I might be considered quite a beauty queen on a Canadian dating site. And I know that it is not true.

Olga, your photo of the women is simply frightening  :o Well, some RW just don't grow with age, they definitely don't!

Tasteless or not, my take would be that this video does a disservice to this woman's assets. I think that the problem is not that the video focuses on her crotch, but that this part of her body leaves something to be desired. Same with her breasts. That's why. I agree with Ed, this woman should not even think of using this video to represent her, in case she is looking on the site. The reasons would be 1) done in an unfavorable lightning, 2) as Ed noted, bad hair styling, and last but not least, the video is too long and boring at the same time.

exactly, tasteless and unprofessional job (and it is not just about lighting and length)  will not do any good service to any assets... but if a woman herself thinks it is all good... sorry... what I can tell.
