Cheap Parcel delivery services

Hi to everybody!
Does anyone know any cheap post services from UK to Moscow Russia , Royal mail is absolutely out of deals for somebody like me, who wants to send parcels to family and friends on a regular basis. They have extremely high prices and the kg limit,if the parcel is more than 2 kg , one has to pay 37 pounds for it and what can you possibly send within this range of weight limit? Clearly sometimes the contents of the parcel would be cheaper than the postage fee. Maybe some English person with Russian relatives  would know better than me, if so, please share information about any companies which offer good deals on parcel delivery services. Thank you in advance!

I can't help you Jazzy, but I can feel your pain.
Marina and I ship clothes to orphanages in Omsk and outside Moscow.
The U.S. Postal rates here in the GoodOl' USA are outrageous!
The children (teenagers) are particularly happy though when we ship blue jeans, which are quite heavy.

Awww I know, thank you for sharing my pain:)) Well it is annoying to be honest, considering that all the stuff like clothing are so cheap here,though it's shipment will cost a fortune, when parcels from Moscow cost nothing like this, my mum sent me recently parcel of 7 kg with some Russian choco's and things for the child and it cost  her  only 30 pounds.

I have actually been able to get some of our local clothing stores to donate (I guess it is my wonderful personality  ).
 
So, it grinds me when I have to hand over hundreds to USPS for shipping.
 
Here is one of the young ladies Marina and I have "sponsored".
She is a real cutie.
