RW don't say on agency sites what they say on local dating sites

I find it amusing how RW's agency profiles are so different from what I read on their profiles on free local Russian dating sites. Lots of times they say really fun things or totally crazy things that show their personality. I will post some of the things that I find funny or interesting since I go through lots of profiles every day.

Eduard, I created a profile on elenasmodels back in November ( now hid it though), wrote the message the way I would talk to an American, with a little bit of humour in it, elenasmodels changed the text, made it more boring and direct.
For example:
if you write something in the requirements to the partner like :"loving hot tea and cookies is a must"!  they would change it into:"I prefer cozy family dinners with home made cookies".

that's exactly my point, that the MOB agencies basically create those ads for women and there's no way to really tell what a woman's personality is from reading her profile. On the other hand you can tell a lot about a woman's personality by reading their personals on local Russian dating sites, especially if you speak Russian. Translating this stuff using an e-translator won't give you the real understandng most of the time.
Many WM think that all RW/UW are these wonderful little beautiful angels which I'm sure you know isn't the case  [size=78%] [/size]

Why would any "real man" bother to read a profile?   My advice - line them up and select the prettiest ones.  Or the ones showing the most skin.
 
Seriously, I have seen profiles very similar to the examples you quoted.   And if censored by the agency, it reveals itself in the first or second telephone call. 
 
Also, I have been told by RW that almost all of the RM who contact RW on Russian dating sites are interested primarily in sex.   So a sincere RW should feel jaded.

Also, I remember reading on an International travel website, an AW living  in Moscow who said she appreciated the directness of the RM who told her very early  in the first meeting (or even in just a casual discussion) pretty much what they wanted to do with her.

Of course, once she was back  in USA, she would probably charge an AM with harassment, if he said the same as the RM.

It all depends how good she is in English and how brainwashed by other "i know it all" women looking for western men.
I've spent quite a time on forums for russian women looking for foreign men, and what a pile of cr*p they are suggesting each other sometimes.. Thankfully I looked at those forums long after I even endured online dating so I just laughed and sometimes mentioned what they say is not exactly the right way but at the end of the day if it serves their goals, let them be.

Interesting information, i was not knowing about this. What a surprise ! i have always considered that freedom expression in written was a human basic. And as it is obvious that you level in english is high, there is no need for EM to correct your ad. I dislike to be controlled in what i write. But it happens more often than we think on sites.

Interesting - I've altered my profile on EM a couple of times and they've never rewritten or edited it.  I can see why they would edit some whose English skills are obviously very low, but there doesn't seem any reason to change yours.

When did I sat that it was always straight and forward? I only said that what they write on local Russian sites with no agency editing gives a much better idea of a woman's personality. When looking at agency profiles one can see how different they are written from the ones on local dating sites where women are not part of the MOB scene.

Exactly.  A couple of phone calls and some serious Skype time will reveal 1000x more than what one can interpret from a few mysterious words in a profile. 
 
Another clue:  after sending her your photo and a short description of yoursef, she ignores you.

Exactly. All info there  by definition is bs. It is like a display in fancy fashion  store - they put there what attracts the buyers most. Phone, Skype, personal time together is your everything.

If she is stupid enough to be sincere and pure her heart out in the profile. On marriage market, like on any other market, supply must meet demand. If there is a demand for a "loving, caring, warm woman" thats whats being advertised on profiles.  I have an extremely high maintenance girlfriend in Russia. Do you think I wrote on her profile "loves designer cloths, expensive cars and 5 star hotels, please dont bother if you make less than $500K a year"? I wrote the same old crap about "loving, caring and warm". And let those who hook up with her figure it out.

As others have said Skype easily solves many of these problem. Bad traits will show up eventually as the same with good ones that you wouldn't see otherwise. It takes time to get to know someone. A few sentences doesn't do justice to anyone.
