In 5 days of my registration, I have received:
445 smiles
173 letters

Of all these 173 letters, only 3 ladies really read my profile.  The rest sent "copy and paste" letters!!

Look at ML's posts about tactics for establishing contacts with FSUW. It's not very economical to pay to open letters, when you could use FREE websites and/or monthly-pay sites (such as luckylovers).
 
You'll bleed money during this whole process. Don't bleed to death before you even go on a trip. And for God's sake don't WOVO. Take it from a guy who knows. Good luck.

A good guideline is to avoid agencies who charge a fee for each letter.  If nyou use an agency, consider the Elena's Models concept.

As I remember, you only pay to open girls letters...sending is free. And some girls are so popular that their price(credits) can increase, although only for new prospectors, and after 15 letters you don't always get the personal info because girl can stop at anytime. Also, I think there is some form to fill out for getting contact info(one time) that costs is ~$100
A friend has had tremendous luck with this site....developing relationships with girls but even I don't bother with it.
Manny letters early in correspondence are form/copy paste letters.....especially if you write to many...

I opened all the letters FREE,  But if I received them for the 2nd time, I have to pay for it.

I would  suggest getting off all the agencies and use several of the free sites.  The photos are not studio shots in most cases but that is what you want to see anyway.

Someone posted a long list of free sites in one of the threads.  You are writing direcly to the women and pay nothing.  I suggest finding the post and put your profiles there.  If the gals have Skype you can move there to communicate with them.

The best one I have found is Ukrainedate.com
LuckyLovers is another, but not as good in my experience.
Also, Freepersonals.Ru is a pretty good site.

The extensive sort capability of Ukrainedate plus the format of the site is one of the easiest to use.

CDW, you need to take the course: Pursuing FSUW 101.  Below are the basics.

First, avoid all agencies and any websites that require pay per contacting each woman and/or pay per each letter.

Go to the above free and monthly cost ($19-30) dating websites.  Make up a nice profile of yourself.  Use the search engines to find about 800 - 1,000 women who are in the age range you want and have the education, height, weight, language, children, drinking, smoking, etc., parameters that you desire and are in a single target geographical area.

Do this screening first rather than look at pictures first.  After you have done the screening; then look at the pictures.

When you are two months away from your trip departure time, then start sending out your first message.

Send a generic but well written introductory message to all with each individual name typed at the top.

Of those  who reply, filter out all who make you worry in any way or give you concerns.

Send second generic but well written letter to all with their individual names typed at the top.  Modify it a bit to answer any questions that an individual woman may have asked.  Yes, this takes a lot of time.

Repeat these procedures over about 6-8 weekly emails and you will have narrowed down your list to 15-30 gals.  You can continue to use a generic letter for each successive mailing, but be sure to modify it a bit to answer specific questions any gal may have asked and to ask specific questions of your own related to the family, interests, jobs, etc., of each individual woman.  Yes, this takes a lot of time, but each week you will be cutting your list down. 

Finalize your trip plans and start scheduling the women into time slots.

If you follow the above procedure, you will not have the need to ask us questions about scammers, etc., as you will have filtered out all scammers.  And if any of the women you are writing to give you any sheeeeet or cause you any concern at all, or ask for money for ANYTHING you simply drop them off your lists and continue on.

Looks like if the lady speaks English you can contact her on the phone for $1/min without an interpreter.
So I assume you could exchange any contact info that you want to?

Many of the ladies can probably be found directly on other downstream agencies for a lower cost by eliminating this conglomeration site.  Just do a google search.

I once met a woman who lied about her age in 3 different sites (Colombia).  Age 36, 38 and 46.   
I confronted her about it, and she told me that "46" was an error and it should have been "36", but the agency e-mailed me photocopy of her Cedula a form of ID from Colombia) and she is 46 !!!!!     The only difference that the 1st 2 websites, the agency did not need to see her ID, so it was easy for her to lie !!
