My backup plan

Hello everbody,

As you could read in another topic, I had some bad experience with a RW last year.
Now I'm a member of a local marriage agency here in Belgium and looking through them.
The last person I met through them was however on the South pole while I was on the North pole, totally a mismatch.
So I began thinking what if this is not going to work, so I decide to try again to search for a RW through sites like freepersonals.ru,Ukraindate.com and allsinglerussiangirls.com and off course Elena's site.
Don't get me wrong, the moment I find somebody on these site's and it turns out she might be the 'one' then I will leave the marriage agency on the spot.

Now, it's been a week since I became member of the sites and had already a lot of responses of different RW's.
Some realistic, some completely nuts like age difference of 20 years etc and the 'usual' attempts for a scam.
I spoken so far with 2 lady's on Skype and this where I get a little bit a red flag feeling.
While the second lady spoke only basic English and was nervous but also very nice and we exchanged mobile numbers and emails at once.
Now the first lady was very good in English but hasn't giving me anything except her Skype address, I sent her my email and mobile number, no response.
And she asked me about my income .... red flag came in my thoughts.
My gut instinct is that this is heading for the danger zone with lady 1 ... she want to talk again on Skype next week but I'm not totally convinced of her intentions.

Am I being to carefull or spot on ?

Or you can tell her after you get your next raise you are buying that 1975 AMC Pacer you've had your eye on, and you're going to move out of your parents basement and into a one-bedroom apartment.  That should do the trick.

Thanks for all replies guys.

Have removed lady 1 from my Skype contacts and I have learned much more about lady 2 in the last days, we chat and speak on Skype a lot.
So yesterday I closed all my profiles and suspended my contract with the local marriage agency because this going the right way.
It still very young but I have good hopes for the future and so does she.

Seems like my backup plan has become more then I expected.
