The making of an effecient scam
« on: March 08, 2006, 10:38:18 AM »
Probably not so much interest to the married guys around here but for the guys looking, and especially the new guys looking, I thought I would take a little time out to show you guys how hundreds of guys each day are getting scammed.

Thousands of times each day in this country, in cities like Bakersfield, Kansas City, Seattle, Nashville, Lansing, Pensacola and Boston men have just seperated after a 4, or 9 or 16 year marriage. Starting over many of these guys have heard about on-line dating and go online to see what ladies are available in their area. Many guys go to sites like Match.com, American Singles or Yahoo looking for a new mate.  Many of these men who are 40 years of age are probably looking for ladies maybe from her mid to late thirties. He is probably thinking it would be good to find a young lady of 37 or 38, you know, a nice looking younger lady.

Well, we men are creatures of habit and of course the most beautiful of ladies attract our attention and we click on that fine young thing just wishing and dreaming for a few seconds we were that young again and WHOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA,  WHAT is this?  This beautiful thing of 23 will consider a man to 43!!  Heck, that's three years older than me. This woman would consider me. Heck, I'd drive a few states away to meet that woman. Let me see here, where is she from,....Alchevsk. Alchevsk Ukraine. Where the he!l is that?  Don't matter, I'm writing this babe.

Hello Nataly,

My name is Gomer. I am 40 years of age but everyone says I like 10 years younger. I have a Corvette automobile and a ski boat. I have a large house with TWO bathrooms upstairs. You are a beautiful woman and I would like for you to come and see me.

Sincerely Gomer.

Now guys, what is about to follow is real. Oh this message and name used above is not real but it is typical and the e-mail replies from Nataly are real.
My intent here is to show you new guys some common tale-tale signs for this type of scam. And this type of scam I am showing here, it happens daily, hundreds of times EVERY day in this country. We only hear of a small percentage of these guys who are getting scammed. Most are so embarrassed after they realize how foolish they have been they do not tell anyone they just got scammed out of $1200, the cost of her an airline ticket and visa.

I do not know where this current scam is going to go but we are going to play it out live. You new guys will see what is un-folding. Because of this I don't want her tipped off just yet so I will not post her real e-mail address at this time in hopes of being able to play this scam out to the point where we see how she ask's for money from Gomer.

On February 13th, about three weeks ago Nataly replied for the first time.

Hi dear =),
It's me, Nataly!!! Nice to meet you!
Thank you for your attention!I will be very
glad if you will write me back on my e-mail :

Nataly@Iamsosweetandinnocent.com

Will be waiting to hear form you.

Nataly :-)

Look at Nataly's first letter.  Hi dear.  Not Hi Gomer, it's Hi dear.
Nataly is sending out so many replies each day, just as with us men in writing ladies and it's a numbers game, it is also a numbers games for these scam operations, she is sending out so many replies she/he/they do not have the time to write Hi Gomer, only time to write Hi dear.  She can call all guys dear and the newby isn't bothered by this.

And let's get off the Match.com or Yahoo or Friendfinders system (there's are hundreds of different networks like this), she gives out her personal e-mail address. Now we can write her directly. She must have interest in me.

Of course Gomer is all excited and writes Nataly back immediately as he is thinking to himself "Oh boy, wait till the ex see's what I found. Goooolllly will she be surprised!"

Nataly's second e-mail is received on February 16th.

Hello my dear Gomer!

To begin I want to thank you for your attention! It's a
great pleasure for me to
get acquainted with such a wonderful man as you are!
OK, speaking about me... As you must have already heard my
name is Nataly( Nataliya or Natasha). I am from  Alchevsk city in Ukraine.
I am 23 years old. But in next February( in 7nth) I'll be 24. =) I am 167 sm high
and I weight 50 kg. I study in the local University
where I study art design. In future I am planning to become a
 modeler.
Unfortunately I speak English not well, but I'm going to learn it as soon
as possible)And now use the help of interpreter
I have wonderful parents whom I love dearly! We have great
relations and I can say that
they are two of my best friends! =)
If to speak about my likes and dislikes... Well... OK, here we
 go...
Besides my future profession, I am in love with dances! I go for
Latin (rumba, salsa, samba)
belt dances, disco and hip-hop dances.
I enjoy reading books very much, but I enjoy reading such kind
 of books that can help
to change something in my life, that have a deep idea...
You know what I'm talking about? =)
I also visit the Christian church twice or even three times a month.
But, don't be scared of it=
It really helps me to understand myself better and that's all =)

OK, back to my likes... I like some interesting irregular things,
 beautiful places, sun set,
Eastern materials. I like to have a rest outdoors enjoy cooking
 and welcoming the guests.
I value individuality in people. I like when a person can be
 independent from the thoughts
of others. I greatly appreciate truth, tenderness, care and an
ability to show love.
I don't like when a person  is hiding something. It does not
plots me at all even visa versa=)
I like when a person has a good sense of humor as I like laugh
very much! =)

So, if you still feel interested in me, if you feel that you are just
 the person I am
looking for, you know how to reach me... I am here waiting for
your letter =)

I wish you to have a nice day and a joyful mood!

Will be waiting to hear from you,

KISSES, Nataly:-)

What do we see in her second e-mail. Well, it's no longer hi dear, she now says Hi Gomer, she has called us by our first name. She/he/they threw so many fishing lines out with the hello dear that those who reply back have moved to a new category, "got one on the hook". These guys have now been elevated to having a first name.

She certainly has nice height and weight, and she's a student and a modeler? What's a modeler? Oh, with that cute way of writing, she does not know English so well I guess, she means a model, she wants to be a model. Hey, maybe I can marry a model!

She doesn't know English so well she writes, but she is going to learn as soon as possible she tells Gomer. Gomer likes hearing this. Currently she is writing with the help of an interpreter. (Ahhhh, ok, so maybe Gomer is not going to be scammed for the big bucks for the airplane ticket and visa. Maybe Gomer is about to be directed to the have to pay agency for their e-mail and translation services)

Notice how Nataly casualy mentions she knows no English, but will learn, and only slightly mentions she is using an interpreter. What we will see in about two, maximum three e-mails from now will be the mentioning of the internet and translation (they refer to interpreter) expense for her. Or the third or fourth e-mail from now we will get an e-mail from the "agency" she is member of and they are notifying us that Nataly's account is finished. Well, we'll see what happens.

Typically she mentions a little about family, she enjoys reading, dancing. I notice a lot of scammers will mention they read a lot and will list different writers, poets. Now sincere women do as well, not all ladies who mention they like reading or have favorite authors are scam, of course not, but a lot of the more efficient scam operations will mention reading and a few authors or poets.

Nataly wants us to know she goes to a Christian church two and three times a month. In this case this scam operations wants to play the odd's, play all their cards and maybe this American man Gomer is also a church going guy. This is a pretty decent scam operation, they say 'Christian" church, as is the belief of most American men. And this helps her to better understand herself. This she/he/they have put some thought and effort into their canned replies. I am thinking this is the same second letter they send to all the fish's they have nibbling on their lines.

She likes welcoming guest's. Hummm Gomer thinks, she would be great to have welcoming his friends at home. And she appreciates truth, that's a good sign to Gomer.
She likes to laugh and has good humor. By gosh, Gomer's beginning to really like this woman.

She finishes her letter to Gomer with  "IF" you still have interest in me, I await your letter.

« Reply #2 on: March 08, 2006, 10:40:33 AM »
Well Gomer got busy and tied up on some other things and did not write immediately. When he did reply back a few weeks later Nataly wrote back the very next day.

Nataly's third e-mail March 6th.

Hello my sweet angel:)
Thank you for your letter and for your warm words.
Where've you been so long?
I want you to know that I like you very much.

Gomer, I dream about family as I feel like being ready for that:)
I dream about a nice house, which will be full of  children's noise, warm and
comfortable. I would be waiting for you and bring you anything you
would need after the hard working days. I would do everything for you to
feel comfortable and happy!

I dream about you and me on the beach enjoying the see breeze,
and talking about our plans for the future.
I write you poem which impressed me much:

When I think about you, I feel like I can fly.
Each time I'm in your hugs and look into your eyes.
My days of sadness have melted away.
Because of my burning love for you each and everyday.
You have been my fire to burn away all my loneliness and pain.
You have been my water to the desert of my soul, that's been all alone and
without any rain.
Your my sunshine that brightens up my life.
Even in the night your love shines so bright.
As my heart was hungry and dying without love.
Then you came to my rescue as I felt you were sent from God above.
Sent to me to show me that love really does exist.
As I know that you are the 1 I'll always be happy with.
To spend days and nights together each and everyday.
Wishing now that it would all start today.
As you have opened up the deepest parts of my mind.
Bringing back thoughts of love that have been gone for such a long time.
Feeling a love that I have never felt before.
Each and every time I'm with you I want more.
As each thought is of you,
And each dream too.
Taking me on a journey into a far away place I go.
A place where we are like new flowers where our love always grows.
Surrounded by flowers and mountains so high.
Where the love between us never dies.
Where days never end, like the love we have there.
A love so beautiful between us that we will share.
Because when I'm with you this is the way I feel.
I'm in a dream with you in a place that feels so real.
Time and time again I never want the day to end.
To feel your love from beginning to end.
Because it's a love I want only you to give to me.
No one else can make me feel just the way I want it to be.
As you are the wind beneath my wings.
The air that I breathe and the one that makes my heart sing.
You are the sun that makes my days so bright.
You are the 1 that I want to be with each day and night.
You are the star that I wished upon.
Wanting to find a love that has been lost and gone.
Looking to Heaven and praying to God the Father above.
To bring me a good man and for us to fall in love.
He answered my prayers by sending you.
Like a rainbow you are so wonderful to.
Thinking of you now brings tears of joy to my eyes.
I'm dreaming of a love with you that never dies.

And what do you think about our relationship? What is love for you?
What is friendship for you?

Love always,
Nataly

Damn! Nataly, YOU look good baby. Third e-mail and we get a nice sexy photo.
Ahhh, she call's Gomer her sweet Angel.
Where have you been so long she ask's?    She/he/they notice Gomer did not write back right away.

She addresses Gomer by his name and tells him how she dreams of family life and spending time with him on the beach.

And Nataly wants Gomer to know, after only two e-mails, that she really likes him. Doesn't love him yet, that should come about in the next 2 e-mails should this continue, but she already really likes him. Gomer has to be feeling good about this woman, don't you think.

Then she writes him a poem. She/he/they have copied a poem they use over and over. Hey, it takes up a lot of space, makes it look like she has taken the time to write Gomer a sweet poem when really all she/he/they have written is one new paragraph, the first paragraph and inserting the man's name at the beginning of the second paragraph. Other than that this is, I suspect, the standard third letter reply. But Gomer does not see this.

Most of the entire third reply is this poem. She/he/they do ask four questions in this, the third e-mail letter. Only one of these four questions is a new question and it is the question "Where have you been so long" in the first paragraph.  The other three questions "What do you think about our relationship", "What is love for you", and "What is friendship for you" I believe are all three questions which are part of the canned routine third letter reply.

Nataly wants to know what Gomer thinks about "our relationship". After two e-mails, and still know very little about each other, Nataly wants to know what Gomer thinks of "our" relationship.

Nataly closes with "Love always, Nataly".  Not quite I love you, not yet.

So Gomer will write Nataly, answer her questions and I expect in the next one and two e-mails should be somewhat educational and we might see where this is heading.

Cool, Gomer just got about a billion kisses from his Nataly!    Just in, Nataly's fourth e-mail.

And by the looks of this fourth e-mail, she/he/they could be getting greedy and might be setting Gomer up for both an international passport/ visa as well as some English lessons and the sure to follow interpreter expense's.

Hello my sweet angel Gomer.
I'm very thankful you for your warm letter)
When I received it I was  happy
as a child,as I really like you very much:)
You are very nice and tender man!!!!!
You changed all my life.
You changed my vision of life. Now all I can think is you. You fill my life
with kindness, tenderness and happiness. Thank you for that.
I really want to see you too...
Unfortunately I've never travelled abroad and I don't have
international passport:(
It will be great if you will  come to me on summer...

I finished my studies next summer, but as usual every summer I have a
holiday!
I hope we'll think about it necessarily. Am I right?
Are you ready to enter me into your life and into your heart?
Hope yes because,I'm ready for it!
Gomer,I know I must begin to take English lessons, but it's very
expensive for me( I don't have enough of money,sorry...

I'll end for now, my LOVE and I'll be waiting for your next letter with impatience
and I want to know everything  about you,ok?:)
I send you another picture with this letter. I hope you like it.
Tender kiss just for you,1000000000000000000 times:-)
With love your Nataly

So in this e-mail what do we see, besides a photo with a little bra action going.

Again we have been raised to the level where she/he/they are addressing Gomer by his first name, but now Gomer's name is mentioned twice, once in the beginning, once towards the end. I feel certain this, the fourth e-mail reply back, is pretty much a form letter with two fill in the blanks for the man's name.

Gomer has already changed her life. Gomer is all Nataly now thinks about. Nataly really wants to see Gomer, but unfortunately she does not have an international passport :(

Nataly will have a holiday in the summer, maybe Gomer can meet her somewhere?
"Gomer", she implies, "are you ready to have me enter your life"?

Damn! Forgot she doesn't speak English. She reminds Gomer that she knows she must begin to take English lessons but they are very expensive and she has no money  (hint, hint Gomer).

Now I know some of you are just shaking your heads, it's so obvious, right?  But guys, remember every day probably thousands of recently separated/divorced guys who know nothing about Russian women are getting these e-mails. They do not know what you guys know. For those guys who can figure this out, well Nataly and company just scratch's them off the list, and that's probably 80 to 85% of all the guys, but with the great number of e-mails that Nataly and Natasha and Elena and Helen are sending out everyday, a percentage of the remaining 15 to 20% of these guys who might believe in Nataly are going to fall for some parts of this. And many of these guys are going to suspect she is a fraud, but because she is so hot, so different, a girl he has only dreamed about, he cannot take the chance. She might be real and he can't take the chance of letting her get away if she is real.

A LOT of guys who are searching for a Russian bride today became aware of Russian ladies by this same procedure. Most guys catch on that it's a scam but they are so intrigued and interested they pursue this a little further and before you know it, Shazaammm, they are reading/posting on Russian women discussion boards and trying to learn all they can.

Ok, below is pretty close to the reply Gomer has sent Nataly. Wonder what the 5th e-mail will bring?

Hello my dream Nataly,

I was so happy to see your letter this morning. Isn't this wonderful, we have the same feelings about each other.  Goooooollly Ms. Nataly, when I read your letter I get these little bumps all over my body. Does this ever happen to you? In our country we call those goose bumps. Such a strange name I think, why goose bumps? A few times each year, or whenever me and my pet's don't have any food in the trailer, I go out and will shoot a goose, take it in the kitchen and will create a feast. My friends say I make the best Goose soup. And it really is a good tasting bird, taste like chicken. But then so do the rattlesnakes I catch. That meat is so sweet Nataly (like you), I think you will like it very much.

Nataly I had a dream that we fell in love with each other and you came and lived with me. In my dream we got a new double wide and you were so happy. And you brought your pet cat and you and I would sit in the sunset and watch your cat climb the trees surrounding us as he would catch birds and little mice. And in my dream Sasha and Maximus seemed to also like your cat as I recall,....ooopppps, I don't think you want to hear about that part of the dream :)

I would be so nice to hear your voice Nataly, maybe we can talk on the phone? I was also thinking maybe it is possible for you to take English lessons at the University. You must let me know when school is out, this is when I will come and see you. But that seems so long a time from now. Maybe you can come and see me?

Thank you for sending me your beautiful photo. Everytime I look at the newest photo you send me I get those silly little Goose bumps again.

I return to you one trillion kisses,

Gomer

The making of an effecient scam
« Reply #7 on: March 11, 2006, 11:58:02 AM »
Nataly's fifth e-mail. She/he/they are replying very quickly, either the same or next day from the time she get's Gomer's e-mail.

Hello, dear Gomer
Thank you for your letter.
I caught myself that I miss your letters. Yesterday when I was going along
the street after my classes at the University I understood that I was thinking
of you. You may think that we're still not so close and we need some time to
know each other better, but it seems to me I know you  for many years.
From your letters I want to know more about your life, preferences, likes and dislikes.
It is very pleasant to read about you.
But in this letter I'd like to concentrate some attention on what I began to feel
about you.
So, I returned home, feeling much more lonely than ever. I can tell you why,
I missed you touching communication. I wanted to write a letter, to talk to you
but unfortunately I don't have a computer at home.
I lay in the cold bed , thinking of you. I want to hear your voice, but now
it's  impossible. You know,I don't have a phone...
So now it's better to finish the letter, because I don't want you to consider
me a weak person, who can't help her own feelings.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Yours, Nataly.

So what do we see in Nataly's fifth e-mail to Gomer?  ANOTHER form letter!  She/he/they have sent five straight form letters. And I am sure, unfortunately, a fair number of Gomer's and Guber's have not figured this out. Other than mentioning no phone she/he/they do not address any questions. I think the next e-mail we get from Nataly will not be a form letter or if it is it will be substantially modified.

As mentioned Nataly does address the fact she does not have a phone. I suspect the normal form letter reads,.....I lay in the cold bed , thinking of you. So now it's better to finish the letter, because I don't want you to consider me a weak person, who can't help her own feelings.  I suspect this is where they added the sentence ......I want to hear your voice, but now it's  impossible. You know,I don't have a phone...

What else can we point out to Gomer. She would like to write us a letter when she is at home thinking about Gomer, but she does not have a computer.

At this point what I would like to do is find out all I can from this scammer and scam operation. I keep a pretty extensive library on scammers we run across. I would like to find out her name, can I get an address, a phone number.  If I can get a phone number we have resources that can verify the physical address of that phone number and the name responsible for paying the phone bill. If we can have Nataly think Gomer will send money by Western Union we can get the scammers name.  And if Nataly thinks she might get a gift, maybe a cell phone or laptop, we might be able to get an address. Any of this information will help to identify another scammer or scam operation.

Once I get all the information I can and after a couple of trips to the Western Union office to pick up money that is not there, I think it will be time to expose Nataly's scam and will pass on to the board Nataly's e-mail address. Several of us can write Nataly (she/he/they) at about the same time and let them know they have been busted but they have been very helpful in helping the Gomers to spot some of the more simpler scams out there.

Gomer's reply to Nataly.

Hello sweet Nataly,

It is such a pleasure and exciting for me to get your e-mail reply, and so quickly.

I liked this photo very much. You are quite a beautiful woman and I am very lucky that we have found each other.

But I would like to ask you why do you not address most of my questions from my previous e-mail? I am very serious to see you, to meet you. I am thankful you did acknowledge you do not have a phone, making it not so easy for us to talk, but I also wanted to hear your thoughts about if I excited you to the point you also get goose bumps. I wanted to know when your school was out so I could plan to see you.  I would like to know if you can take English lessons at the University and if so what would it cost. If not at the University could you learn English from another source. I wanted to know if it was possible for you to come and see me.

I think after we meet and if we have good feelings for each other I must get you a cell phone. But in the mean time I would still like to hear your voice. I think it would be impossible for me to come to the Ukraine and see you if we are not able to talk. If you do not have a flat or cell phone is it possible I can call you at the phone number of one of your friends? If no friend has a flat or cell phone could I call you at a neighbors flat. If no neighbor has a flat or cell phone could I call you at a relatives phone number. I would really like to hear your voice, I think it would do so much more to help our relationship. With the wonderful and sincere feelings we have for each other It has to be possible for me to call a phone number from someone you know at a certain time on a certain day. And "IF" I wanted to surprise you with a gift delivered to your flat, maybe flowers, maybe a cell phone, maybe a laptop, could I have the address of your flat to deliver such a surprise gift.

I look forward to your reply to my several important questions as I send you my many kisses.

Gomer

Jack, your just a cynical old b@stat@rd, Nataly's real and I love her. Now give us the pic with her kit off!

Ste

PS, I'm thinking of moving to russia and starting my own scam operation, I reckon I can hook RVR by sending pics of scantily clad Royal Canadian Mounted Policewomen from russia.

Ohh, Richard, what a HUGE truncheon....

How about RWD challenge, first one to scam 10 roubles out of RVR!

Impossible I reckon, them Canucks have tight wallets....

The making of an effecient scam
« Reply #9 on: March 12, 2006, 02:12:49 AM »
Jack...even I'm startin' to fall for Nataly!!!:( She's pretty cute!!!!

Such a typical scam it just makes me shake my head that so many gomers fall for this milarki. There are much more sophisticated scam that are harder to detect out there for sure but this one is the most basic & prevelant. Keep the pics comin', can't help myself I'm just a dirty old Steve Oooops I mean guy!!!! ROTFLMAO:D:D:D

I didn't know you were sending a second one after the first one took a walk. Don't send it to the same address, I'll send you a different address as we are not there anymore. Thanks for the offer on the other movies, there is one I wouldn't mind gettin' ahold of. Wasn't a big screen movie but a made for TV movie called 'Small Sacrifices' staring Farrah Fawcett & Ryan O'niel. Most big screen blockbusters I get here on DVD before they release them on DVD in Canada, LOL. Anything you think I might enjoy, go for it.
Quote
PS, I'm thinking of moving to russia and starting my own scam operation, I reckon I can hook RVR by sending pics of scantily clad Royal Canadian Mounted Policewomen from russia

Ohh, Richard, what a HUGE truncheon....

Too Funny!!! I can see huge possibilities here!!!! LMAO

Kep it comin Jack!! Ask her for a nude pic just to see what her reaction is. LOL If she/he/them even answer the question.

The making of an effecient scam
« Reply #10 on: March 13, 2006, 08:49:13 AM »
Our 6th e-mail from Nataly. Well, although their were hints previously, we have been hit with our first request for money. And what was the reasoning for money?  The visa and airline ticket?   Nope.  For new cell phone or computer?  Nope.  Translation and Internet expense?  Yep.

Many of us have been attracted to Nataly's photo. Nataly says she lives in Alchevsk, which is about 20 minutes west of Lugansk. Soon Nataly will be exposed as a scammer, but is she?  I think not. The photo of this woman, who is probably nothing more than a young and inspiring model, is being used by a dis-honest scam called Galaxy-Plus.

Hello my sweetheart Gomer.
I  miss you so much! How are you,my darling?
I hope you are fine. As for me everything
is not so good. I feel frustrated.
I've been waiting for you for many years,I've been waiting for you
all my life and when I found you everything
has happened as usual. It threatens me. You are my
sun, you  means much in my life,but.....
My dear  I have financial problems and
I can not  pay for the translating
services anymore. Please forgive me. I would be very happy
if you would help me.
All information you can get at the translation
firm "Galaxy-Plus",  e-mail:  Ifyouthefoolwethescamagency.com

I'm sorry that I ask you about it,but I don't
know what to do. I like you very much and I'm
afraid  I can loose you. I feel you are very close to me
and we can build really strong relationships.
I hope you feel the same and will be waiting for your answer.
Here is my address: Ukraine, Lugansk region,Alchevsk, Leningradskaya st.49A/88
But please, do not send anything as it won't reach me anyway
our post works very bad. Better you will give me your present when we
will meet my dear.
Love always,
Nataly.

Our sixth letter is also a form letter for the most part. We have the fill in the blank for Gomer's name to start the letter and they followed the same form letter intent up to the last sentence "I hope you feel the same and will be waiting for your answer."    After this sentence the scam agency added a written three sentences and advising not to send her any surprise gifts to this address.

Nataly tells Gomer how much she misses him.  Now remember a great many of the Gomers who are still corresponding with, not Nataly, let's stop accusing her of being a scammer, the Gomers who are still corresponding with the scam agency Galaxy-Plus are a great many of the men who have recently divorced or separated. These guys are many times lonely, a little depressed and Nataly has entered their life.

Nataly tells Gomer she has waited many years to find a man such as him. She tells him she is sorry she has to ask, almost embarrassed to ask, she needs help with translation expense's. Nataly does not want to lose Gomer as she feels she is very close to him.

Although at this time about half of the Gomers who are still writing Nataly will see this for what it is, probably half of the Gomers, I think about 6 or 7 %, will send the translation money. Not a bad haul for scam agency Galaxy-Plus, after all how much time did it take to send 6 form letters. Maybe one or two minutes total.

My intent now is to get as much information about this scam agency as I can.

Gomer's reply to Nataly.

Hello my sweet Nataly, with great excitement I await your e-mail.

Nataly, I read of your situation with the translation expense and I agree I need to help you pay for this. I have no problem with doing such. But I do not know this agency Galaxy, I only know you. I will send you money by Western Union. You can pay this agency directly. I will only send money to you my baby.

I want to know how much money you need for one months translation and internet expense. And as I want to hear your voice very badly, I also want to know how much it will cost for you to get a cell phone.

Also please tell me when you will be out of school so I can plan my trip to see you.

Bye for now and look forward to hearing from you my baby,

Gomer

Jack,

Just wanted to say in the open forum, this is absolutely the best and finest work you've ever done on any board, big kuddos for this thread.

I wish you'd consider duplicating it on the "other" board, there's some real "Gomers" over there just itching to run to Western Union.  They need your help badly.

And, I agree, I spotted the professionally done photo-shoot right from the second picture, she's a very pretty girl and I'd seriously doubt she has a clue her pictures have been lifted by the scammer.  There is no way that girl doesn't have a phone, she would have a dozen local RM standing in line to buy her a phone on any given day.  All men, even Russian men, are easy money when the girl looks like that.

jb, welcome back, and thanks for the kind words.

We actually see several of these type scams going on at any given time. I will try to see if I can spot a visa/airline scam early enough to get that type scam documented.

I think it would not be so easy to add a piece like this on the other board because they don't allow photos like this to be displayed with each post's do they? You can PM that answer to me if you know.

Well, here come's Nataly's 7th e-mail.

I'm going to try to get copies of Nataly's and the agency owners passports. Maybe we will see a couple of fake passports, or if not be able to identify at least one scam operation.

Nataly's seventh e-mail. Kind of short. Not as much sweetness as before. Maybe it's because she is on credit now from this translation agency Gomer must think.

Nataly talks about fraud over the internet but she hopes to prove she is not one of them.  Hummm, wonder where this idea of fraud came from? I don't recall Gomer discussing this.  Ooppps, must be another form letter!

Dear Gomer,
Thank you very much for your letter
I write you this letter in credit.
I am very grateful for your understanding and desire to help.
I know there is a lot of fraud over  the Internet nowadays
and it is not easy to believe but I hope I will be able to prove you
that I am not the one of them.
If you would better send money to my own name, you will need
the following information:
My full name: Nataliya N.............
Address: Ukraine, Alchevsk, Leningradskaya st. 49A/88.
I have asked "Galaxy-Plus" to send you the detailed information about their
fees...
I must go now but I will wait for your letter with impatience.
With all my love,
 your Nataly

Ok, what do we see in the seventh form letter? Man, they have this scam down to an assembly line type operation. Seven form letters and we are dealing directly with the scam agency.

You know Gomer, and all the Gomer's out there, must think that after 5 or 6 e-mails this lady must be real. But EVERY e-mail has been a form letter with maybe one or two sentences added in a few letters.

We'll try to get Nataly excited about getting a cell phone so she will send Gomer a copy of her passport before she thinks Gomer will send money.

Hello Nataly,

Do not worry, I will write this company Galaxy-Plus and take care of the expense's.

This is why I asked you for some type of phone number to reach you. If this agency does not allow me to send you another letter, how can I reach you?  If they tell me they will not send you this e-mail or any future a-mails because you do not have enough credits then this is the type agency I do not want to work with. If they do not care about trying to help two people who have such great interest in each other than they are a cold agency and I will not work with such agency. I hope this does not happen, and this is the very reason why I asked you for a phone number. I hope you are right about this agency and they are good and honest because I am about to send them a lot of money.

Ok Nataly, not to worry, I will contact this agency and take care of sending them the money for another one or two months of translations because I must meet you.

But NATALY, you still did not tell me, when will you be out of school????

Also I have a surprise for you. I am going to buy you a cell phone. I have signed up for a service at my house which allows for three-way conferencing. I will use an interpreter from your Galaxy company or I will find an interpreter here in the states and I will call you, and talk to you and hear your sweet voice.

Nataly, please tell me how much money do you need for a cell phone and for talk time. I will send you money by Western Union for your cell phone, I cannot wait to hear your voice.

Nataly I want to ask you a very important and personal question.

Are you writing any other men right now who you also have interest in?  The reason I ask is that I would hate to fall in love with you and then one week before I fly to see you, you write me and tell me not to come because you have found another man. If you are writing other men then I should not get so excited now and take my time in planning to see you, maybe you like another man more than me. So I would like to know that I do not have to worry about getting a letter from you days before seeing you telling me you are going to marry some other man.

Nataly, I think of you everyday.

Gomer

Hello to Natalia Zakyrdaeva or Office Manager,

My name is Gomer Pyle and I have been writing this lovely lady Nataly N......... from Alchevsk. I hope to meet Nataly in the next month or so (as soon as I find out when she get's out of school).

Now Nataly tells me she is on credit with your agency. I am going to send you $200 for the un-limited one month service. Please do not stop Nataly from writing me, I will send you money for her credit's in addition to the $200 a month un-limited.  If you stop Nataly from writing before you get your money then I will not do business with you. All I am asking for is a few days to get all the pricing agreed to and I will send you the money.

Now in addition to this one month of un-limited service I also want Nataly to take English lessons. How much to send you for two months of English lessons?  Can you tell me how many hours of English lessons she will take each week?  Where would she take these English lessons as she is going to school and you should make it easy for her.

Although I am going to get Nataly a cell phone if I wanted to call her and talk to her at your office when would be the best time to call?

If I was to marry Nataly in Alchevsk could your agency help with the marriage ceremony and if so how much would it cost to have the ceremony and party?

I do not know anything about your agency but my lady Nataly recommends you. If we are going to be doing business I would like to know a little about you. How long has your agency been in business? What is the address and phone number of Galaxy-Plus?

I await your reply.

Sincerely,

Gomer Pyle

WHAT!!!!  $500-600 a month for English lessons!!

Oh my, I'm afraid Gomer is being lead to a big scam. $500 a month for private English lessons from a Russian teacher is four time's higher than current prices we are paying. Normally we are able to get guys English lessons running anywhere from about $90 to $120 a month.

We will let Galaxy think they have caught a live one. I can see them now already spending this money. Next e-mail before Gomer sends them $800 he will ask to see a copy of the managers passport.

Nothing from Nataly today, guess she must be having exams.

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for your letter.
We would like to inform you that we are just a translation company that is why we do not deal with any wedding ceremonies.

We can allow her to write you few letters in credit and will wait for the financial information from you. We will attach the English courses price together with this letter.

As for the telephone conversation  is will be better if you will arrange this question with your Lady first.

Regards,
Galaxy-Plus

Gomer's Repy,....

Hello Ms. Zakyrdaeva,

Thank you for your quick reply.

I would like for Ms. Nataly N....... to be able to take two months of
English lessons. I would like an individual teacher and I would like for this teacher to go to Nataly's own home.

The teacher should check with Nataly and she should come to teach when it is most comfortable for Nataly. This is what I am paying for, make the lessons easy and efficient for Nataly.

By the price sheet you have sent me the price looks like it will be $600 a
month, is this correctPlease verify if this is the price for one month for the teacher to come to Nataly's home.

Ms. Zakyraeva I will pay for one months English lessons now and I will pay the second month's English lessons at the beginning of April.
As soon as you confirm the price I will send the money for the first months English lessons, $600 and I will send $200 for the one month of unlimited service. Also let me know the amount of Nataly's credit and I will pay it as well.

You did not answer questions about the Galaxy-Plus business. How long have you had this business?  What is the business address and phone number?

Sincerely,

Gomer

Letter from Gomer's beloved Nataly. No longer a form letter. Darn I bet they hate to actually write these letters although the questions are pretty generic.

Hello my dear Gomer,

I am so happy to have an ability to correspond with you again. I would like to thank you for the help with the payment I mean that you will do soon. You know I really missed your letters, since you write to me
something has  changed in mylife. I am thinking of you I am waiting for your letters.  I have a good feeling about us. What about you?

Thank you for the compliments to me.
As I told you I am very family-oriented girl and I miss my beloved and my  family. I see that you are looking for the same. I want to ask you one  thing. Tell me are you ready to marry a girl from Ukraine, the girl  who does not know your language yet who has different tradition  and culture? I ask because I am very serious about you and I do not want to lose contact with you. I believe that thing goes right with us in the future and I think we should meet in person one day and maybe I will stay with you forever. I know that it is not a simple thing to move to a strange country but if we are in love it will not be a problem is not it?

Tell me about your interests. What do you like to listen and watch and read. I think we should try to know as much as possible about us before meeting. I  listen to all kinds of music, I like many kinds Pop, Rock, Classic and I love  to dance.  I don't go to many clubs ,  but sometimes my friends and I get together and we all go dancing.  We also go to comedy clubs to watch  comedians. I have a good sense of humor, after all if we can't have a  little fun in our lives what good would that be? I have dreams  about finding my soul mate,  and sharing with him everything in my  life.

I would like to read of your dreams, and to  know a little of what
you want. Maybe, we have much in  common, I think, and our dreams are the same. I am also very grateful that you are ready to support me with the English classes. I will study hard and will proof you that when you will call me:)
I am anxiously awaiting for your reply.
With Love,
Nataly

Gomer's reply

HELLOOOOO My Nataly,

Thank you for your very warm and exciting letter to me. I feel more passion from you in this letter, I feel more of you being in this letter than any of your previous letters. It is a good feeling. And I can tell we both share the same feelings about it each other. It will be a wonderful day  (and night :)) when we meet.

I have told my cousin Guber all about you and now he wants to also find a good Ukraine bride. He asked me if you had any girlfriends as pretty as you. If so maybe he will come with me and meet your girlfriend and together we can take a hayride in the country and we can play some games like spin the bottle, play doctor and nurse and all sorts of cool games.

Nataly, you must write me back quickly, I am going to Western Union to send money to the Galaxy agency. I would prefer to only make one trip and to send two payments at the same time. Sending money by this Western Union will be a new thing for me to do. When I send money to Galaxy for your English lessons and their translation and internet services I want to also send you money for your cell phone. Even though we will not understand much between us I want to hear your voice in the next week, no longer than two weeks.

Nataly, please tell me how much to send for a cell phone, I have no idea what they will cost. Send quickly because you are on credit now with Galaxy and I need to send them money right away.

Also, WHY do you not tell me when you are out of school!! How many times do I need to ask this?

Ok, I wait for your reply but please hurry.

Your loving Gomer

Letter Gomer sent to scam agency owner.

Hello Ms. Zakyrdaeva,

I hope to be able to send you $820 dollars by maybe tomorrow. I am waiting to hear back from my beloved Nataly as I have to send her some money at the same time and I am waiting to hear back from her. I want to just make one trip to Western Union and I will send both payments at the same time.

I have never sent money by Western Union so I asked a friend who has done this before. I am suppose to list the name of the person receiving the money, that is you, right?  And your name is Natalia Zakyrdaeva. I was told the name must match the name exactly as to what is on a foreign person's passport. I would like to ask you to send me a copy of your passport, one
reason to make sure I have the name spelled correctly and the other reason is to make sure their really is a Natalia Zakyrdaeva. I have no reason not to believe you but I have heard of many tricks played on the internet and people being scammed. The making of an effecient scam

Well, good news, bad news.

Bad news first. Ms. Nataliya Zakyrdaeva, owner of Galaxy-Plus, does not have an international passport and her Ukraine passport is written in Ukrainian.

Good news is Ms. Zakyrdaeva told Gomer that Nataly had "forgot" to tell him the cell phone cost $400. Ms. Zakyrdaeva evidently doesn't want Gomer waiting for Nataly's letter.

$400 bucks! Guess Nataly wants a camera phone.

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for your letter.
I understand your situation but I must tell
you that I don't have the international passport
and Western Union don't have right to give
money with the wrong name in somebody's ID.
My Ukrainian passport won't help you as my name
is written in Ukrainian there I just can
spell you my name:

N a t a l i y a
Z a k y r d a e v a

Sincerely,
Galaxy-Plus

P.S. Your Lady Nataly forgot to say in her letter, cell phone
costs $400

Ahhh, Gomer's second non-form letter from Nataly.  And a new photo!

When Gomer reads this letter that Nataly has written he has to feel excited. Never in his life did he think he would be able to find such a beautiful young lady. I feel sorry for all the Gomers who get this type letter. These men are so vulnerable, some are even feeling somewhat desperate, remember many are recently divorced or seperated. Most are lonely and even if they have the tinest doubt about her, they have to take the chance and hope that she is real.

And then when I think about this Galaxy-Plus agency and the other 250 scam agencies just like them, messing with these guys hearts, mind and pocketbook, I wish their was a way to expose all of them. Maybe we all can even if it's one by one.

My dear Gomer,

Thank you so much for your letter again. Honey I am sorry that I
did not write you about the price for the cell phone last time
and did not answer your question about school. I was overwhelmed with my emotions and wanted so much to ask you and to write you.

I am going to improve this:
- Cell phone costs about $400 here.
- I will finish the school at the end of June and will be free from
the first of July:)
I want to develop our relations, because i think that you are a man who can make me happy. I feel that we can build something  really beautiful. I have decided to use the help of the Internet in finding my second half with whom i can share all my dreams and thoughts. With whom i can be free and protected. In our life it's very difficult to find such man,
with whom you can feel that you are a real woman. I hope that you are a man  who can make me believe that I'm special and show me that i really worth to be happy.

I hope that during our communication we can share not only our dreams and hopes, but to find out what do we want from our relations and which way to go. I feel so lonely and i don't want to continue living this way, because it's too hard to realize that you are all alone on this planet. I hope that you have never faced with such problem, because it's too hard.
Of course i have friends and i have a always a support of my family and relatives, but there are such period sin the life of every person when you need an advice of a person who will feel me and know what i really want.

I an open book for you and i hope the same from your side. I'm
searching for the sincere and very confident relations. You are a
person to whom i want to open all my inner world.

I kiss you,
Nataly

Hello Nataly,

It is always so nice to receive your e-mail.

I will make plans to see you the first or second week in July, is this good with you? I am very excited to see you and for you to start your English lessons. I am going to send you $500 for your phone. This way if you need to buy a case or some extra's for the phone you will have the money.

I am also sending $820 to the Galaxy agency but the owner has not sent me a copy of her passport. I was told by someone who has sent money by Western Union before that I should never send money overseas without seeing a copy of the passport of the person receiving the money.

Nataly I hope you will not be offended by me asking you to send me a copy of your passport as well. I am about to send $1320 and I need to make sure I am sending this money to these two individuals, you and the owner of Galaxy. I do not care if you send me an international or Ukraine passport.

If you can send this to me tomorrow, on Saturday, I will be able to send you money tomorrow, otherwise it will be on Monday.

Hope you will start your English lessons soon.

Will dream about our meeting

Gomer
