I haven't dug through the info much but it looks like it is all explained here:

http://www.ukremb.org.uk/eng/cvs/index.html

Use the visa link on the left.

If you are not in the mood to follow links, that is correct.  Ukraine does not require a visa now.

I thought I heard something about it not requiring a visa if you have been there before but still requiring one if is your first trip. Not something that I have followed as my wife is from Russia.

No visa for us Yanks, I've made two visa-less journeys to Ukraine, arriving in both Kiev and Dnepr in the last 8 months.

Thanks for the info. Guys!! Once again you guys came through! Thanks! I also have been to Ukraine 2 times, first time to Simferopol and the 2nd time into Dnepropetrovsk! Both times I needed a visa! But that was 2 years ago! I am getting ready to fly into Simferopol Sept. 5 and flying out of there in Oct. 4 and staying with some friends of mine in Yalta and then on to Feodosiya! Anybody know of any legit agencies there or close to there! Will be taking a friend with me! Thanks!

I used the Athena agency to send gifts and I know they can arrange accomodations and transportation. They have offices all over Ukraine and they are very honest and trustworthy people. I lost the address but you can do a Google search. The agency is owned by an American.

I always make a photocopy of my passport and birth certificate and carry it in my carry on bag. If somehow I lose my passport it will be easier (I think).

Good luck.
