Their religion
« on: June 05, 2012, 11:03:47 AM »
I have talked to a few girls and it seems they take their religion much more serious than I do. I am christian but not actively going to church. Would this scare off a girl? I think the reason is that I really dont have anyone to go with. If I married someone I would prob just go to whatever church they like I am not really a religious person. Is this an ISSUE???????

It's not an issue, in fact it's perfect.
There are shortcuts to happiness and dancing is one of them.

I do resent the fact that most people never question or think for themselves. I don't want to be normal. I just want to find some other people that are odd in the same ways that I am. OP.

Nah! Ya'll be fine.
To argue with a man who has renounced the use and authority of reason, and whose philosophy consists in holding humanity in contempt, is like administering medicine to the dead. Thomas Paine - The American Crisis 1776-1783

Certainly more in the way of window dressing than an issue

In my view, most church goers in USA are doing it for the social aspects.

In FSU, they mostly only seem to go on special occasions and the just like the rituals.

In neither case do most of the church goers display any of the good features and intentions as set forth by JC.

In YOUR not so humble opinion?  ;D Judge not lest you be judged. Is your religious house in order? Just a question that doesn't require an answer

I knew it...most non-church goers in the USA are not doing it because they are anti-social misfits!!   :D

I am not just an anti-social misfit . . . I am a total misfit.   :)

But, I am 'doing it' . . . unless you were referring to church attendance.  8)
