I want to get married to an Ukraine girl, not really fake because shes my real girlfriend and she approves it.
But we do it so I can stay in Ukraine
Whats the cheapest way to get married and how much for everything?
I dont think we need any party, its just for documents.
I know her for a long time.

Why don't you ask her?

She lives there and nobody will have the answers you seek as quickly as her.

You will be married in a RAGS, a state registry office, and it is not an ceremony to be taken lightly. If you're looking for a cheap wedding as in depriving the girl of her one day of celebration, I'd suggest not marrying her.

Rather than ask us, ask the girl. What kind of dress does she want for you to purchase? Does she want a couple of limos for transportation, your responsibility, or can you save some money by chartering a couple of the 10-14 person taxi buses for the day and evening.

Will she be happy to have a more simple restaurant celebration (largely your responsibility) with a limited menu and cheap champagne, or does she want her one special day to be a more gala event? We cannot answer these things for you, you must ask her.

After the ceremony how many places will you visit? Is one park or memorial okay, or will you need to engage the limo drivers for multiple locations for the laying of memorial flowers, attaching padlocks, releasing doves or butterflies, etc?

What about photos? Is she content with friends taking photos on their cameras or does she want a professional to record your lasting memories? Most Ukrainian weddings these days feature video recording of your arrival at her home, of the drive to RAGS, of the ceremony, of the visits to parks and memorials and of the restaurant celebration. Have you asked her what she would like?

Where will the honeymoon take place? How will you get there? Where will you stay and for how long? How will you travel home?

All these questions simply cannot be answered by asking on a forum of guys.

As for you staying in Ukraine, it is not as simple as you getting married and then having the right to live in Ukraine. For this you need to research the legalities and rules of migration. Getting married is not an automatic license to live in most places of the FSU.

Ukraine, just like Russia, imposes migration restrictions, meaning that each year the number of persons who may apply for permanent residence is limited. Bringing a job creating business or making substantial investments in an established Ukrainian business will get you to the head of the line.

There is a condition in the law on marriage but marriage is not high on the list for reasons to grant residency. If you wish to live in Ukraine, you cannot apply for permanent residency until you have been married for more than two years to a Ukrainian citizen.

Every case has its own nuances so it is best to secure legal counsel. If you don't have a Ukrainian attorney, here is one that popped up in Google:

You will need to dicuss this with your girl and/or her parents directly. Discuss what kind of wedding both of you would like to have given what you or both of you can afford. Good luck to you!

You should just take the $1,000.00 and get yourself a six packer, maybe even a couple of EASport game vids, then move to Ukraine and just shack-up. That way you'll still have some change in your pocket.

$1000 in the proper hands should get you all the necessary visa stamps without having to marry. 
 
Besides I don't think your woman is too keen about this if she does not tell you the answer to a simple question.

Most posters here think that most women are always wanting to get married, if the right man is available and asks.

If this is true in the specific case of your gal then, believe me, she can get the  info regarding how to do it in the least cost manner.

Local, on the scene people, can generally always provide more info than those from a distance.

I do not know much about Indian weddings, but it is possible to have a cheap wedding in many ways

1)  Make a wedding dress by one of her friends if she is a tailor - instead of ordering from an expensive shop.

2)  Borrow ML's or Gator's suit for a small fee.  Since Gator is green, so it might not suit for the wedding

3)  If your girlfriend's mother is an headmistress in a primary school, then ask her to hire a hall for a small fee. 

4)  Ask one of these ladies here if they can bake a wedding cake for a reasonable fee

5)  Cheaper honeymoon if you do it in the Crimea instead of going abroad
