Looking for good agencies in Dnepropetrovsk

I am looking to sign up for 5StarIntroductions and they seem to be very responsive.  I tried Cindy Agency as a backup, but they are not responding even with multiple email attempts.  Anyhow, I want to have two agencies available in case 5Star does not do a good job or something else happened.  Can someone recommend another agency besides Cindy?  I'm one of those guys who believe in "write none and visit many".  I used both agencies in the past and actually met my ex many years ago with this approach.  Yes, I'm aware of downfalls of agencies and their costs.  However, I have wasted too much time on Internet Dating sites.  Many are scammers and the ones who are real are sometimes disappointment in person.  thanks

I'm not looking to find the same lady   My ex is not a terrible lady.  We were married 6.5 years and it wasn't because of cultural differences that we separated.  I know she still loves me, but we just could not get along.  We decided it was better that we split.  It could have happened if I married an AW.  I met some nice beautiful ladies back then through the agency that would have been a better match with similar interests. I knew it at that time, but I overlooked the faults in favor of more beauty.  Not all agencies are bad.  I love to travel so this will not be a waste of time even if I don't find the right one.   Of course I would rather find a better method, but this method works okay.  Better methods will also require more work and patience.  My viewpoint on agencies is that the ladies from there have met many men.  They are more spoiled and more picky on their selection especially in Kiev and Kharkov. You need to search within your limits.  If you go outside of agency, you can find a little better.  However, don't be fooled because if a RW does not have as many selections now, do not mean when they come to US, they will have same selection.  Sometimes divorces happen, when someone thinks there is a better match for him/her.  Divorces don't always happen because two people cannot get along.  Don't listen to anyone who tells you RW don't care about looks or age.   In my city, we have two military bases and much more men than women.  So in my city, if you are a 5 (scale of 1 -10), you can get probably a 4 or lower.  If you are a 5, you can probably get a 6 or 7 in Ukraine.  Yeah, it's not fair in my city, but what can I do.  Sure, if you look harder and longer, you may get lucky and get much nicer.  But the same can be said of anything.  I rather not be too old when I get lucky.  Of course not all cities are the same.  I'm rooted here and cannot move so easily.  Okay, I'm sure many of you will feel the need to lecture me, but please, if you have suggestions for agencies, please let me know.  I'm kind of stubborn so I will probably rely more on my experiences.  Everyone has different views so I'm sure many will disagree with me.  thanks

By the way, I'm not saying agencies don't have scammers.  Many agencies paid girls to go on dates with you so they can collect the meeting and translation fees.  The difference is that when I meet them in person, I can see the person I'm trying to date vs chatting to "Beautiful Victoria" via emails who happens to be some dude in Nigeria using a model photo.  Believe me, I met many agency girls whose only purpose on going on dates is to eat sushi and enjoy the free entertainment and try to milk the guy for as much as possible.  I have a better chance of weeding out the scammers when I meet them in person.  There is also no guarantee that the person I'm emailing for a month does not actually want to scam me when we meet either.  Both have advantages and disadvantages.

Unfortunately Cindy is no longer active as real agency since the beginning of 2011.
I tried to find their office, i had rented a flat less than 200 meters near the office and cannot find it. The site is always active, but it is only a window, so in my opinion it is highly suspicious. So the only one, serious, is fivestars. I would advice you to get the tour because this agency has many women (and they exist, i have met probably more than 20 of them, my lady comes from this agency), this is the cheapest solution.
Like you i like to have TWO agencies to don't put all my egg in the same bucket. As i don't know any other worthly agency in this city, i would advice to contact any interesting ladies on any site from this city (EM, lucky lovers, .......) to armour your agenda.

There should be so much more to finding your soul mate than ;earning to separate scammers from women looking for marriage... How do you communicate with them? Do you speak Russian or Ukrainian fluently? Enough to recognize dysfunctional personality? Mental disorder issues? A woman with ulterior motives?

Yes, I agree with Eduard about more to the searching process than separating scammers.  Unfortunately, both methods; emails or agencies,  always have scammers in the equation.  Elena models seem to have less spammers/scammers as I do get "not interested" replies from ladies so it shows there are real ladies out there.  The problem with Elenas is that everyone knows about them.  A girl on the site probably gets hundreds of letters so they are "spoiled" on the Internet.  The other problem with that site is the girls are all over the world.  I'm not about to chase girls all over Ukraine.  I just want to go to one place and stay there for 2 weeks and not have to run to every other cities.  In addition, Elenas need to consider giving the option of searching by a city and not just by country.  Local agencies tend to have better selections locally.  I also tried Mamba, but it's also not so great.  Most girls on Mamba are looking locally and have not thought about leaving their country.  You also need to hire an interpreter to translate for you because on Mamba, most girls don't speak English.  So you end up wasting more time sorting this out.  I have good successes utilizing my interpreter.  I met my ex because my interpreter recommended her to me.  Interpreters can sometimes be your best defense.  I cannot speak Russian very well and definitely cannot speak without an interpreter nor would I want to attempt without one.  A good interpreter will help you weed out the spammers so don't use the agency interpreter and find a freelancer instead.  Also, reading body language, etc.  This trip, I am already being set up with a few girls by friends I have met in Ukraine.  The best way to find women for me so far is via networking.  It is usually through friends of friends, etc.  Agencies are getting really expensive.  A meeting in a big city with one lady can cost you $40 just for introduction.  That does not include meals, interpretation, etc.  So for those who want to save money, Internet writing will be the cheapest.  I just don't have as good experience with writing.  Case in point, I wrote to this lady for almost 2 months.  When we finally met, it was a disappointment.  She is nothing like she said in her letters or photos.  Many ladies send their best photos that are completely touched up or at different angles to show their best assets.  Many write letters and think of the best way to respond or get help from a translator.  So two months of writing and I still have to meet her to decide when I could have just met her in 1 hour and know right off the bat she is not right for me.  I think if I had more patience, I would do the Internet writing and save some money, but for me, life is too short.  I have more fun when I meet live people.

Most girls on Mamba in the FSU are looking locally and have not thought about leaving their country. And that's a good thing! This eliminates women who are looking for a stepping stone. Still a number of these women will consider a relationship with a foreign man if they find him attractive and interesting. You do have a much better chance on mamba or any other local free site if you know the culture and speak Russian or have some one who does help you.

Regretfully I can't recommend any agency since I never use agencies. The only experience with agencies I have was on behalf of my clients and it was always negative. As far as my service it would work for you as well as for almost any one who wants to truly understand who the person he is about to marry really is and who wants to accomplish this in a matter of about 3 or 4 months instead of spending years on his search. But if you are looking to do this "on the cheap" my service is probably not the right one for you since it requires me putting in quite a few hours to get it done.

Guy, in EM site, you can type by yourself the name of the city you are searching for in a special field.  So you can sort all girls from a city very quickly.

Personaly i have made 80 % of my meetings by agencies and i haven't really have a problem. But i choiced them carefully and i wrote very few before meetings.
The main problem, the source of many problems is that guys want to write and write.
Probably 90 % of agencies are not worthy, but some are.
Also you need to take the CONTROL when you date. Many, many men don't take the control and are milked not even knowing what happens.
