Service Provider in Severomorsk, Murmansk Anyone?

A pal of mine wants to send a small gift to someone in Severomorsk, in the Murmansk region. Probably something like chocolates. Not a big thing, just a token gesture.


I am seeking a service provider who might arrange that. Anyone know any people or sites?


Someone's wife's family or similar will be fine - as long as reliable. Bank transfer to RU/Paypal £/$/€ or whatever currency is all easy to do from here.


The time deadline is about a fortnight.


Can anyone help?
