Prices Doubled?

This is from Nadia speaking to her mum last night after a  long hiatus.

 She said prices of common things have doubled, for example the cafe her mum frequents at lunchtime has doubled it;s prices in the last month or so.

Seems a bit extreme, any further reports?

Similar reports here also.. has been steadily going up up over the last couple years.  Monthly apartment "fees" i.e. heating, maintenence etc also.
