Hi: I have started my search for a FSU bride. I joined a website that I shoudnt have but I have credits left, but we live and learn. Anyway I have a question I am 54 retired (I trade stocks to supplement) I put on my profile I was looking for 34-46 with no children. Which at the time I didn't consider this the prime age for biological clocks going off. But I digress from my question. I am really interested in being the one to move. How soon in my communication should I mention this?

Moving there is excellent. 
 
I suggest that you not use the correspondence to become very familiar with a few women.  Instead, select a city or two and write simply to determine if there is some interest in meeting.  Then go meet them.   Rent an apartment and stay a month.  If you like the city and the women, move there. 
 
I also suggest that you not mention your plans to move there unless you are 100% certain.  Inform them that you plan a long visit to their country, and you want to learn about their city, their language, their culture, as well as the women. 
 
There are far more women who want to stay in their country rather than move to the West.  So you could become very popular.

Many FSU women in their mid-40s are empty nesters.  They don't want more children.

There are plenty of Russian women who would love to have their guy relocate to their country, its becoming common. I did it myself and its the best move I ever made.

DON'T start to write to any lovely butt in FSU.
BUT, wait, choice a country, a city, and go there for several weeks.
Find a flat, two terps PRIOR going, get some informations about loca agencies.
AND start to write WHEN you know (maximum five weeks before)  to any girls trough free or monthly paid sites who live in the city you aim. Avoid to write to per paid letter, keep them for a real visit in the city so you will not waiste a dime (95% of those agencies are faking correspondance).

And you will be a winner.
