The Soviet Sausage Opera (documentary)

Just found this hilarious documentary about the long lasting romance of the Soviets and the sausage. What was the place of sausage (Kolbasa) in the life of an ordinary Soviet person?
 

 
Especially funny for me is a Sausages Dance in the beginning  :D

Americans can't make good sausage. (Nor Canadians)
....So I am told by experts.  :D

In Toronto, I prefer plain and healthy food that I can find in the nearest grocery store. Usually I don't go to the Russian food stores, although I know where they are located.
