Is there an internet link for doing a reverse phone lookup in Ukraine?  That is, I have a phone number and wish to find the person and address.  The city is Ivano-Frankivsk.

Ivano-Frankivsk, as you probably already know, is a relatively small city in the western region of Ukraine. I know of a reverse look-up which used to be available on the internet for Kyiv - and I heard reports (never tracked them down) of a similar service for Odesa, I do not think there is anything available for I-F.

Pretty nice city BTW - though not much to do.
