Gentlemen,
I've worked with forrussianwomen.com for quite some time. I felt that I've been in good with them for a while, however.... now that I am much more educated as to some of the agency tricks; I feel as if light bulbs are turning on all over the place. I can not say for certain if this agency (forrussianwomen.com) (ASL CORP) is in fact fully integrated into the fine arts of scamming, (insert sarcastic tone) but the customer service and response to concerns leaves me to wonder.¦nbsp; Below you will find a copy/paste of email corresondance I've had with one of their agents, Julia.¦nbsp; I've worked with this agent before in the past. Basicly a quick run down:
The company charges for every letter sent and read. (5 credits to read, 7 to send and translate) So basicly, roughly 12 dollars US for one exchange of words.¦nbsp; Although expensive, I was willing to pay the fee on a limited basis. Now, what seems to be happening is... I'll begin corresponse with a gal, but it seems to be the same song and dance every time.¦nbsp; I'll ask direct questions which are not answered. I'll ask for a phone number, but there is none. Letters seem general and always stated something to the effect of being busy. Man... I didn't even realize this before... but even the same spelling errors for certain words and emodicum style were used.¦nbsp; Gee, I wonder why?
Anyways, email below for your review. Admitedly, I'm pretty disapointed right now and I can't help but wonder why anyone should even bother going through some stupid-ass money grubbing agency, as apposed to just getting on a plane and flying out there. I hope I'm wrong about this agency, but from what I've learn and with this latest emails, the evidence is stacked!
My last letter:Julia,
Thanks for the reply and correction with regard to Jim's list. I will investigate this further.¦nbsp; However, I still seek an answer with respect as to who writes the letters.¦nbsp; Do the ladies write them all themselves, or is there an agency employee the corresponds without her knowledge? I think you can agree that there is quite a bit of fraud involving this sort of industry. I ask because I seek direct answers, not to cause your company grief. I take my search to find someone int he FSU very seriously and I prefer not to waste my time if I can avoid it.
Addressing your second paragraph. I have never been so completely insulted. How dare you? First of all, I realise that I am but a number on your list, and that it probably does not matter if I quit using your service, but your response is completely uncalled for. I have every intention to persue the nature of your rudeness with the company ownership. I don't think they will like it if I begin posting on every forum and website involving their company as to how ABSOLUTELY pitiful the customer service is with your company and directly with you.¦nbsp; I have the tenacity, time and now (because of your rudeness) the inclination to do just as such! People such as you should clearly not be involved in an industry where you must interface with customers who ask a simple quiestion.
The fact that the tone of your note drips of disrespect gives me pause and makes me wonder what is really going on.¦nbsp; You clearly no nothing about common courtesy and respect, and your customer service is lacking at best. You exadurate when you claim I have complained since I joiced your serve.¦nbsp; You're a liar.
You address an issue about charging my credit card.¦nbsp; This was a one-time occurance when I noticed double charges.¦nbsp; I had double reciepts and made every attempt to work this out as calmly and politely with you.¦nbsp; My mature approach was met by your personel hostility, but I justified your nonsense as simply not having the benefit of interacting face to face. Again, I noticed double charges, you claimed there were none, but my account was in fact charged and I was looking at my account directly. I even faxed you a direct copy of my account statement!¦nbsp; I went through 2 day process to have it cleared on my end, and so it was. Do not attempt to deminish my concern with double charges.¦nbsp; How dare you? Its my time, financial resources and choice to protect my assets.
Now you attempt to pass off my concern regarding the validity of who actually writes letters as a complaint. How dare you!? Yes, I am familiar with Natalia and very much enjoyed corresponding with her.¦nbsp; I intend to communicate with her again in the future. Unfortunately, she is only listed on your website, so I will have to do it though your company again until I can reconnect with her. Ultimately, that is none of your business is it? And absolutely not your right and not proper to bring it up is it?
If you don't want people asking you legitimate questions, then don't post your email and contact information on the website for customers to use. how dare you..

Thank you for your email.
Please know that the agency on Jim's black list is not us
Jim has just recently made the clarification that the agency on his black list is not us and here is a link
http://jimslists.com/agencies/arussianromance.htmWe have always been on on Jims White list
here is a link
http://jimslists.com/White.htm 4 Russian Women (Match Inc)
To be honest with you, you have been complaining since the time you signed up with us. First you said that you did not trust us to charge your card. Now you complain about the girls.
There was a girl named Natalia Novakovskaya ID 21355 whom you wrote to. You stopped writing to her but she kept asking about you after that for months. It is your business. If a girl decides to stop writing, it is her right, the same way as for you.
If you don't trust our service, you don't have to use it.
Julia

Subject: Anti Scam,.
Hello, I have a concern about how you run your business.
I have been a client of your agency for almost a year now.¦nbsp; I have been in contact with several ladies, who eventually just disapear, or suddenly have very little time.¦nbsp; I am noticing that these and many other trends that I've become aware of. I have read on countless forums and on anti scame sites such as Jim's anti scam site to avoid your agency. I would like to know why many people state such a thing about your service please?¦nbsp; I have read from the personal experience of your former clients that they may even meet the women on your site, but that they are in fact paid to meet your male clients.
Men pay because they earnestly seek someone.¦nbsp; Please current me if I am wrong. But I need to know, are 100% of the women who write the person who wrote letters on their own?¦nbsp; Also, I want to know if your translators are paid in any way for the number of letters they translate or write?¦nbsp;
I want to know if someone else is writing for them, or if the ladies are not aware that their photos are being used.
Please be honest with me.¦nbsp; I'd prefer to speak to someone by the telephone if at all possible.
