I have had the best service from Russian Florists' Network  email at info@roses.ru

11 roses to small town in Central Russia delivered in less than 24 hours from ordering. Including delivery charges $75.00.  Not a bad deal.

Make sure the florists' are not associated with any agency. The last one I used, they tried to recruit my girl.

I used this service.  I liked their choices and the RW were very happy with them.  I do not know if the other services offer translation but this one did.

The price of the flowers has little to do with it because you will usually get what you pay for. Go cheap and get cheap. What I do is to logicly choose a service. I then send the flowers. After they arrive I ask her what she thinks of the quality and the quanity. If the report is favorable then I use that service religiously. Reverse, if the report from her is one of dissatisfaction then the service is not used again.

KyivFlorist sucks.

The advertise free photos but they never deliver them.  Their customer service is not existent.  After the delivery is complete, they do not even answer e-mails.

I see no reason not to use a local REPUTABLE agency if you build a relationship with them and tell them exactly what you want to accomplish. The plus is that they can provide an additional service beyond a simple flower delivery, such as verifying her existence, that she indeed knows you and is sincerely interested, and an honest third party oppinion of her character. I actually used this as an introduction service to ladies that I knew were being taken advantage of by scam agencies. Read my trip report.
