Changing address during the K-1 / Visa process

Since the K-1 / Visa process has dragged on so long due to the previously mentioned custody battle of my fiance, and it has in turn begun to feel like the war in Afghanistan (i.e. seems impossible to win, though my war does have a defined deadline that cannot be pushed back further), if one relocates elsewhere in the USA as I plan to do, whom does one notify other than the embassy in question (in my case, Kiev)?

I should add, important job opportunity that cannot be passed by, thus the need to move forward now.

Not good but, doable is my guess. We changed addresses during my wife's process of the 2 year GC. It was an effing nightmare. I would suggest calling the USCIS talking to a real person and changing it online. We did this as well and it was still a clusterf*ck on their end. They sent correspondence to the old address 2 years later. I guessed because we moved from one USCIS Homeland office area to another was the main culprit but, that is only a guess. Just make sure you do it in writing not just by phone or email. Also make sure the post office has your forwarding address. We moved twice due to Hurricane Sandy and no problem.
