Sharapova is more a US girl, not a Russian. Judging about RW based on sport or cinema celebrity images is a big mistake...
By the way, what subject do you teach? Finding a teacher job in Russia without learning the language could be hard.
Try to contact Russian-Indian cultural clubs, visit cross-cultural exhibitions to outline the type of women that may be interested in Indian people and culture.

If your from India you can very easily see how Ukrainians respond to Indians! Just walk around any city late at night for a few hours you have a good chance of having an answer in a few hours!

When I was dating a woman from Mykolaiv, one of her good friends was from India.  He was welcome at our social gatherings and had lots of friends.  I believe he was working for a software company.

Teacher pay in Ukraine is insignificant.   It is not even marginal.   Am I to understand that you are multi-lingual?  It could be that teaching English could be a boon.
