I'm looking for recommendations on an agency or individual to contact re: apartments in Sevastopol. Particularly if it is someone you have successfully worked with in the past.

Hello Sohkay,
 I used Chris Campling. He's an English guy who lives there most of the time. He met me at the train at 5 in the morning in Simferopol. Nice flat, right on Bolshaya Morskaya in the center. His website is www.travel2sevastopol.com

Have you checked out the RWD Wiki for apartment listings? Except for the one in Kremenchug, I have no personal knowledge of the others, but the listings are mostly from private individuals and they list their contact information. Not a bad place to start.
