820 visa approved

Hello people , a quick update , we lodged our 801-820 visa application on 16th Dec . We went into Perth, city  and handed it in to the immi office on Wellington street . After using an agent to get the tourist visas and the 300 class visa , we decided to do it our selves as we already had all the paperwork and after having been through it with the 300 class- basically this is a duplicate as far as paperwork goes for the 801 -820 . Obviously we added thing like marriage cert and other stuff , but mostly the same .
      Money was taken from account 2 days later . Today we received the approval for my wife and her daughters 820 visa (  temp- resident ) . So this week we can finally do the medicare thing and start the drivers licence too-- Someone else will give lessons this time though  :o
   Now the wait for stage 2  ;)

that is one big load of pressure of your back now , all  else will fall in to place easy, you can get on with living your life together  :clapping:

driving , lol , here goes your sanity mate , get an instructor to do the basics, and then take her out and about yourslef if your game !!!

this is the single best  way to test your marriage and develop your patience with each other  ime lol

end result of success is highly worth while though !!!
once done get her a ''navigator '' gps ' for the car

As for the driving lessons - I/O posted a video of his wife driving, (from memory) not long after she got her Queensland licence.  Do yourself a favour - keep right out of it!

Thanks guys .
I have tried to teach her once before , and yes , I got that look :)  .
So now , Instructor for a little while and automatic to start with . She has driven before , but not for a few years and obviously on the other side of the road to Oz   :)

G'day . For our 300 class we waited 8 months from lodgement until approval.
