There ate literally hundreds if not thousands of these type sites on the web everyday. They are fluid and you can't touch them. What is more important to you, actually finding you a real lady or trying to help someone else avoid the trap you fell in? Because likely you won't achieve either on your current path.

Why did you look to RWD to post your anti-scam web site and not look here before you spent untold amounts of money at SBL?

Okay fair enough, I am the newbie who obviously did not do my research properly. I could see from the start that there was a lot of scamming going on but I also made the mistake of thinking there were some genuine women in between which I know now this is exactly what these web sites want you to believe. Surprisingly I am now communicating only via VK with one of the women I wrote with. She relatively early on told me that she was scamming there and we then changed to only writing by email and now by VK. She has never asked me for anything but of cause once a scammer most likely always a scammer.
I appreciate your link to recommended sites which I will now try and want to ask what about elenasmodels, some say this is legit others not. Is it worth setting up a profile here or not?

You aren't the first man who seen eye candy and thought they could beat the system and in the end, the system beats them. Men have come here saying they lost thousands of dollars and months/years of their life doing business with those agencies.

Elena's isn't a pay per letter site so it's not practical for agency employees to be writing letters on women's behalf but it is said some of their women come from feeder agencies who do scam men. Insincere women can be present at even the most sincere agencies and dating sites. Do lots of reading here and you'll be better prepared this go around and improve your chances of success.

By switching agencies does NOT guarantee you will NOT be "scammed." From my perspective, only the desperate are scammed.

As Muzh is telling you there are scammers everywhere even is EM is one of the most legit web dating site.
But if you have this behavior, to keep aiming the bad people, you will get some for sure. Personally i met two on this site but i also met wonderful women, your choice.

While it would appear the light is beginning to come on, you still haven't answered my earlier questions.

SBL like the 100s of other scam sites are designed to appeal and as you found out separate you from your money. It works too, don't it? Forget SBL and the other scam sites. Your not hurting them in fact you'll direct traffic to them. You already have as I looked on the site to check it out and I am sure a few others did as well. There'll be other fishes who, like you will read your scam site and go there and spend money too.

Forget revenge it's useless and akin to teaching a pig to sing. It's impossible and it only annoys the pig. It doesn't get you any closer to your goal of finding real women and for Pete's sake, forget that scammer on VK.

Yes there are scammers on EMs and if you are looking for them, they'll find you. They are on every legitimate site just not as thick as the thieves on the scam sites. Read up on RWD, ask questions and you'll quickly learn how to avoid them.

Agreed although, there is still plenty of help here for those that seek it. It is unfortunate that the political hot air takes up all the optics but, I reaffirm this is still Russian Women Discussion and women discussion takes priority.

I believe there is a correlation of some men who seek foreign women and the anonymous internet political warmongering chest pounding that has become so prevalent here.

Unknowingly we are turning people away from this forum who need it the most. There will be less posts from them and political posts will dominate drowning out the forum theme topics. Some of are good at balancing politics with the theme of this forum. There are a few here that only want to talk politics. For those who only want to talk politics, read the thread below.

I agree, for the most part. We aren't turning them away as much as ignoring what they are coming here for. I have found myself ignoring most political threads except a few that might peak my interest. In a week or so I'll have a couple of pages of political threads I haven't looked at and I'll mark them as read without ever reading one. I find them boring and redundant.

But, I realize many others do not and that's okay. I wish more of them would realize what this forum is actually for. When a prospective newbie arrives in the halls of RWD looking for information on the whole foreign relationship subject and instead, finds all this political bickering, finger pointing, blaming, war and death, Ukraine versus Russia no doubt RWD has turned them off from the idea when all they wanted was good solid information to start with.
