Peter - Taxi?

I have heard that Uber is breaking in to Moscow and St. Pete.  But I also have heard that the ridership and the number of taxis is very low. 

My guess is that I will use either Yandex.Taxi or GetTaxi.  Anyone have experience with either of these two in St. Petersburg?

Uber works for me. In Broward County not so much I heard, we'll see.

All 4 of those drivers spoke fluent creole, some English and some Spanish.
